I think back to when we did a family trip with my son and two nieces and what a nightmare at the airport, so I feel your pain! The flip side of this is that they all remember that trip fondly. Good luck and have fun.

Wow you are brave doing a split stay with 7! Do t know what type tickets you booked, but say you just booked regular tickets and decide you want hoppers, you can add that when you get there. You can also try to tweek dining too, although the most popular TS will prob be booked up, others may not. Just hold what you have until you find something else.

January 2014 we stayed 1/1-1/4 with 4th a Sunday. It came down while we were there but I can't remember if it was the Saturday or Sunday. It did come down before the tree and other decorations.
We came back today around 330 and the pianist was playing Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer
When she was at the Poly this morning she exclaimed I like Sugarloaf and that's where we should stay next time!
