Private chef in Vero Beach DVC

We are spending my husband’s 70 birthday in VB and looking to bring in a private chef to prepare a cocktail party style food for a party of six in our villa. Has anyone ever done this before? The front desk said it’s no problem but couldn’t recommend anyone to us.
