Has anyone heard what the 2013 itinerary will be for the Magic and Wonder? I'm certain I read that the Fantasy & Dream will port from Port Canversal for the next couple of years being they are the new ships. I haven't been able to find anythng on about the Magic & Wonder?
The Wonder will stay on the west coast. While the Magic stays on the east. And I would guess that the Fantasy would head over to Europe for 2013. Just guesses.
This is what I found for the Dream and the Fantasy:
Disney Cruise Line has negotiated with the Port Canaveral port authority and has extended their contract for 15 more years, through 2022.[17] As part of this contract, the port authority will expand and upgrade the dock in order to accommodate the new ships (both of which will be home-ported there), the terminal will be enlarged to accommodate more passengers and luggage, and finally a parking garage will be built by 2011.[18]Both new ships are planned to depart from Port Canaveral until at least 2014.[15] With the arrival of the Disney Dream in 2011, the Disney Wonder has been relocated to Los Angeles.[19] The arrangement will be for two years, with a potential extension for three additional years.[19] Additionally, the Disney Magic will be assigned to Galveston, Texas, starting in September of 2012. As Well as New York City, New York after. [20][21]

We went on a cruise this Jan & booked next Jan cruise on board. There was most of the first part of 2012 itineraries was out when we cruised. Assuming it will be similar next year.
You can book a toss away, just book a ship as far out as you can get it, when the 2013 schedules are announced, transfer that booking to the date you want, You will still get whatever OBC and deposit discount that you got onboard.
My TA FORCED me to book a dummy while on my Alaska cruise because he was confident something would be announced in October (before my next cruise), so I needed to have one dummy 'on hand' right now! We'll see if he was right!
