2013 Disney Planning DVD

Does anyone have an idea of when the new planning DVD will be released?

Some people were still receiving the 2012 DVD in January of this year. It used to be that they would start sending the new ones out in November, but that has not been consistent. Sorry.

I just received a 2013 planning DVD today! About a month ago,I requested the planning dvd and got the 2012 one about a week later. Then in the mail today...surprise! I had it on this morning but didn't see all of it (I am babysitting today).I did see that there is some New Fantasyland content. Most of it looked like it was the same as the 2012 version. Seeing this thread reminded me that I ordered a planning DVD a few weeks ago! Maybe I will be getting the 2013 one as well I know that they're usually the same every year, but I just like to have them

I ordered one about a month ago and got the 2012. Going order a new one now. Hoping for

At the very end of the MK section, they tacked on some New Fantasyland stuff. It is a combination of video shots and animation/concept art kinda stuff. They do show the new Dumbo interactive queu area, Barnstormer, LM ride. All of Enchanted Tales with Belle info is animation/concept art with Victoria giving a blurb about it.
You can put the DVD in the computer and it takes you to a sort of planning home page that links to Disney site. There also is one of those codes to scan on the DVD itself. I don't have a smartphone so I can't try that out.

Thanks for the details, I guess they had them done before everything was finished in Fantasyland. I still ordered a dvd yesterday, here's hoping I get a 2013 one. They have almost become part of a family tradition to collect each year's DVD for us.

I ordered the DVD over a month ago, and still haven't gotten it.

Would like to give it to my DGD for Christmas...sorta "We're Going for your Birthday" present.

Should I reorder? Looks like I'll be getting 2013.

Yep! I was surprised since I had just gotten the 2012 version. Wasn't expecting it at all.

I got the 2013 DVD last week, and I'm visiting in December (this year) so I would assume they are all 2013 DVDs now.

It must be hit and miss on what year DVD you receive. Mine arrived on 11/16 and it was the 2012 version

I got mine yesterday and was upset that it was the 2012 one. I'll have to order another one.

I received mine yesterday and it's the 2013 planning DVD. It did take about 4 weeks to receive it, so anyone waiting for it should be getting the 2013.

~Wow, I'm going to order one this week, I hope I get the 2013! I'm seriously thinking about skipping next year and if they send me a 2012, that may be a sign.
