You will get one if one is available. Otherwise you'll get 2 queens and a rollaway.
Thanks, hopefully one will be available when we get there.

Having a wonderful stay here at the Yacht Club. We are quickly becoming lovers of this resort. Cannot wait to stay at the Beach Club in December. My husband wants me to check out 2 bedroom suites for us and one of my children and their families.
Does anyone know the location of the BC CL 1 bedroom suites and if they have full balconies?
Quick question! We are putting together a basket for the club level cast members. When would be the best time to give it to them? We were thinking maybe either during the middle if our stay or at the end. TIA
Now now, what kind of talk is that?!!!if your nice we may send you a pic!
Ground floor patio sounds like it could be really nice. Now I'm not sure if I should request full balcony or ground floor. Has anyone stayed in a ground floor 1 bedroom suite? Pictures would be appreciated.
Thank you Teen! We'll be arriving at the Beach Club on 6/28 I'm hoping you'll be there so I could thank you in person for all the helpful information you share on this thread.
Greetings from the BC! :0)
Today was another hot/mildly humid sunny day! No rain still (wow that's some luck!!!). We enjoyed breakfast at Cindy's Table (and all were peculiarly hungry within an hour, even myself & DS which whom are bird eaters, hmmm). Mommy would have enjoyed the coveted empty Main St USA morning Photopass pictures, butttt....DH left our bag on the monorail in haste and spent 30 minutes (causing us to be 10 mins late) with security waiting for it to be located by the next stop, brought to the conductor and then returned to MK on sney loop. (Sigh). Otherwise, we enjoyed minimal lines after breakfast and utilized FP to our advantage until the parks were too crowded to breath. Then we bailed and came "home". Something about hearing that automated male VoiceOver saying "Welcome Home" makes a day better!! Lol. Sandwiches from the Marketplace were fresh and delish as a quick bite. I have to say I am impressed with their overall selection of foods. I suppose it's catering to the Villas mostly, it's awesome nonetheless. And everyone is SO friendly. Really, I love the atmosphere. After a nap and freshening up we hit the road over to Epcot (YAY for the "secret entrance", We had used that more than the lobby doors!) for dinner at Coral Reef. Good food, better desserts, great view. MK was open late tonight, but by 10pm DS was full blown meltdown so I left with him back to BC while DH/DD braved the late night crowd. All and all a good time! Tomorrows agenda...a little guy turns SEVEN!
We gave our gift the first day, after we checked in and got settled. I wasn't sure either!!!!

I'm thinking about switching to GF or FWL for our 4th of July trip. I figured we could watch MK fireworks from the beach. I know DD (18 mths) can't make it through the entire day in MK on the 4th. In the past, we couldn't get in if we arrived in the afternoon. My DH camped at Ft. Wilderness as a child and has a lot of great memories. I know this is something he wants to share with our daughter. GF just happens to be the only remaining monorail resort with a room available. DH never gets involved with the Disney planning and lets me do my own thing. But this makes it all the more challenging b/c I'd really like his opinion. We'll still be at BC in June for 5 nights and YC in January for 6 nights. Am I going to regret this decision? What's the boardwalk like for the 4th? I only know the experience for the monorail resorts for the 4th and I'm afraid I'm going to be sad I don't get to see MK fireworks. Thoughts on Epcot and/or HS for the 4th. Sorry for all the ramblings. Up late working on my paper and can't get to bed yet.
My husband and I will be celebrating our 25th anniversary at the Yacht Club May 26-30, and then boarding the Disney Dream for a quick cruise. I can't believe I'm finally getting to stay at my dream resort, and club level no less! We have been to WDW several times, and so this trip is one where we will be spending the majority of our time at the resort enjoying the amenities rather than going full speed through the parks. I haven't wanted to post our plans for fear something would happen and we would have to cancel (silly, I know), but I think it's safe now, lol. Just wanted to share my excitement!![]()
Thank you. That is the kind of info. I need. Yes, you can add us. We'll be at the BCVs from May 29th-June 8th. It will be our 20th anniversary while we are there, too.
Yippee!!! Boy do I need a vaca!!

I'll be there on the 30th (Sunday).

Well I guess that makes sense as to why I didn't get the reservation- sheesh.I did mean breakfast, and I have no idea why it didn't occur to me that they don't have breakfast.

I don't recommend asking for a specific room. I would add the request "full balcony near Epcot" to your reservation. Do not do an on-line check-in and when you get to the desk, ask immediately if you have a full balcony. If they say no, tell them you really want one and if one is not available today, then you would like a room change tomorrow to a room with a full balcony. If they say you have a full balcony, ask if it is closer to Epcot than the lobby. If yes, congrats. If not, I'd just go with a full balcony no matter where it is ... JMO. Getting two requests met during a busy time of the year is a long shot.
Just wondering if you would recommend online check-in for us? We are staying at Yacht Club August 20-28, 8 guests, 2 adults and 6 children (Sweet 16 trip for our daughter and a few friends). We have one reservation number for 2 rooms standard view, our most important request of course is connecting rooms. The second request is for at least one day bed. Do you think we are safe doing online check-in, or should we wait until we get there to check-in?
Thank you for any insight you can share,
Donna
