I leave tonight! Sunday I'll be arriving at the beach club! I'm so very excited that its finally here! Just have to wait until my father gets off from work and then I begin my 15+ hour journey to the world!

Once the obsession takes hold, it never lets go. At some point (approximately half way through your trip) you will stop obsessing about your current trip, and immediately switch over to obsessing about what you will do differently on your next trip.

I'm excited to plan another trip to WDW later this year. Definitely December but also trying to squeeze in another trip in Aug/Sept before we have to renew our APs. (Yeah, great time of year if you like heat, humidity, and a nice thunderstorm every afternoon!) We'll definitely be staying at YC for part or all of one or the other of these trips. We now can't stay away from YC/BC since it is so fabulous! (We've stayed at all the Epcot resorts only once.)

Wow, my first opportunity to join this thread and contribute. I've also been a reader for the past month or so. I certainly feel like I really know the resort prior to our first arrival to BC. Our trip will be April 21-27 with a Garden View. Can't wait. Feel free to add me to the Be Our Guest list.

I have mailed a package to BLT prior to our visit and it arrived in our room along with our luggage. Doesn't get any easier than that.

Has anyone had the kid's breakfast french toast bread pudding from BC Marketplace? What is it like? Any pictures?

I am really curious about this, too! I would love to add a picture to the Beach Club Marketplace thread.

I have not heard anyone talk about this at all.

Salad update here. BC Marketplace does have salads in the cooler that are freshly made each morning. I saw four varieties today...Caesar, Chicken Caesar, Grilled Chicken and House. Good size, too.

I popped into Ship Shape to make a hair appointment. It looks so much nicer than Periwigs but $55 for a shampoo/blow dry is out of my league. I used to pay something like that for that plus flat ironing my long (at that time anyway) thick hair.

(Never more true for me than while on my son's class trip- I started on the what I would do differently almost immediately)

The next time you update the Be Our Guest List, feel free to delete "CL" from our room. I downgraded, but saved $110 per night! That should make me feel better, right?

Hey all! I'm less than an hour away from Disney!!! I'm so excited! First stop is POP and then Sunday I'll be at the beach club!

We were planning on stopping and staying in a hotel overnight...but we were all too excited so we drove through the night!

Yesterday I stretched a back muscle and could hardly move....after 16 hours with an icy hot patch on, I'm almost back to normal! Also, my cold isn't as strong as I thought it was going to be!

Everything seems to be falling into place! We should get to Disney by 10:30 and if we hit traffic, then maybe closer to 12! We still don't know what we're going to do first! I can't start drinking until Sunday, so maybe I'll start snacking on stuff!

I've heard the lobster and shrimp roll from HH is a must do if you like seafood Happy Dance for you!! I probably would have driven through the night too!!!

Amen for the Holsteins!!! Being from WI, I love my cows!! Interestingly enough, where I live now, not a lot of cows and my DD (7) may have had a brain fart the other day when she was looking at the cover of her library book and couldn't remember what the name of the animal was that says, "moo." Oh my!!!

Looking at a satellite map of the area, it's about twice as far depending on where within each resort you are. I'd guess it's roughly equivelent to the difference in starting at Spaceship Earth and walking to Mission Space vs. to the Mexico Pavilion.
