Today I was able to submit my name & email info for the Earmarked Conference in March on the Fantasy. At this point, that is all I have been able to do. I think I'm waiting on a "Next Step" email?? :confused: Anyone else able to get registered today? If so, have you received any additional info? If all goes through as I'm hoping, this will be my 1st Earmarked Conference to attend, so I am super excited. Can't wait to hear who else will be attending!! :)
 
Our owner was able to register our delegates but no one has gotten the individual emails. I am dying to know if everything is OK!!! So many people seem to have had problems. I thought we were supposed to get the ind. email within 1 business day. :confused3
 
We'll just have to wait for everything to process. If 100% of registrations to fill the conference came in within 15 minutes, that's a lot of traffic for one site.

Hopefully they'll recover and get the next series of emails out so we can complete registration...no way am I going to take 10 days to figure it out. They might sell my bed!
 
I am in the same boat as all of you... Waiting less than patiently...
Any news on the availability for families?
 

Well I am officially registered!! Can't seem to post payment yet, but I was able to select my Tour, Resort nights, put in Guest names, etc.!! :woohoo:

My email came through at 8:13pm CST on 1-19-12

Well I registered within 3 min of getting my email so maybe my email will come tomorrow. I sure hope so.

I received my email tonight, but it only let me add 3 guests and I have requested 4 total. I have three little ones and my husband. I am so worried right now. I requested 4 guests and 1 delegate. I am hoping this is an oversight ~ was anyone else able to register every guest? Thanks!!

if I didn't know the emails had gone out, I would not have known to call and check on my registration.

Turns out we had a MAJOR issue with the email delivery. The email provider I use and the one DIsney used to send the registration weren't working together.

SO, I now have a gmail account -- and am registered (with delegates) for the conference.

Delighted with the opportunity.:wizard:

I was able to register everyone.
 
confirmation printed. rewards points didn't work for the delegates. I was just SO glad to get it done.

How were you able to pay? I could not find a place to pay by credit card when I registered.

I could see payment listed on the confirmation, but I could not click on it ~

Congratulations ~ were you ever able to find a way to pay on the registration site.

I could not post my payment when I registered ~ when I called the informational number they did not understand this. They said that I should have been promoted to pay. I tried to click on the payment initially when I registered as I really wanted to pay, because I am so excited:):) However, I could not pay ~ there was no place for it. They are going to call me on Monday about how to pay ~ please let me know if you were able to pay on a link, if I am possibly missing something:)

I was never able to ~ when I called Disney they were very confused ~ I think there was a problem/glitch with the email that was sent to me, because I was also unable to pay in my email. I have understood that others have been able to pay on the email ~ my rep is trying to help me and I really hope that it works out!!

The email took me to a website where I was able to process payments.
 
I really think there was a problem with my email, there was no place to pay on mine. I am hoping to get this resolved:) Thanks so much for the information!!

and I want to make sure you understand that it was not a seperate payment site.

My email directed me to a registration site. There was a place for payment as part of registration.

Sound like the website for registration may not have been working properly when you registered. (or maybe this cruise is free!)
 
I didn't get directed to post payment either! I tried to click on it as well, but nothing. I even sent an email under the Registration Help, but no response. I talked to my Sales Rep for my area & he said that from what he understands, once we submit all of our info, including our guests, Disney Cruise Lines will contact us for payment & assign a room. I told him that was fine, but that the Registration said I had 10 days to pay & I didn't want to get bumped off for not paying! I will definitely stay on top of it!!! :thumbsup2
 
I would love for this cruise to be FREE!! HaHa!! I received my registration email on Thurs. night around 8:15pm CST & I had everything submitted w/in an hour or so!! Once it was submitted, I kept trying to make sure I didn't miss somewhere that I was supposed to pay, so I went back in & went through it all again, but nothing! Wonder if I should go back in & try it again. I don't want to get another Modification Time though, it may push me further down the line! What # are ya'll calling? Maybe I could try that!

They were able to point me in the right direction. I ended up talking with event services but I'm not sure of the weekend hours.

I do think you are WISE to stay on top of it.

DId those of you who didn't have a place to pay get confirmation emails? Mine had payment info at the bottom it says the following:

event description
delegate early bird registraion QTY (1) , AMT ($$$)

Date Payments (lists cc last 4) Received (says yes) total and then amt due (now says $0)


Maybe your owner/manager is paying for your delegate spots and that's why you didn't have a place to pay?
