2012 CP watch thread.. who's in?

Nope, they can't...at least at many Epcot/WS restaurants. My 180+10 window was a few days ago...I still can't book LeCellier..and I don't care about the CP pkg. I'm not buying one this year unless the narrator is extraordinary!!! The cost is out of control..so not paying it.
I just want to book a nice, normal meal at LeCellier..lunch or dinner. And I can't. The system shows no availability!!!
Drives me nuts the way they hold everyone up..even if you don't want the CP!!!

I just tried for the Le Cellier Steakhouse and three others for all hours for Lunch and Dinner every single day of my December vacation with no availability.

Even though I check this several times a day (it's sadly become my obsession lately), the feeling I get is that the "held back" restaurants won't open for booking until June 26 when the CP packages are released.

Do we know for sure it's June 26? Last year it was JULY 26 that they released the CP packages. Of course, since I'm having dental work done on 6/26 and will be in a valium-induced pre-dental-work stupor, it wouldn't surprise me for them to do it that day. LOL

I'll be at BWV standard studio on December 4th for nine days.

Will you guys be at BWV, too?

I want to stay at Pop Century or Animation Resort, too, but I haven't seen any Annual Pass resort discounts, yet.

I was just making all of my ADRs and CM confirmed what some others have said CP will be released on June 26.

We are going December 10-19 so I am joining in the fingernail biting action! My booking window opened today

I was able to book Beirgarden (sorry bad spelling too early here on first coffee) for December 13 for supper. Coral Reef nopers. My new bff agent told me June 26 they go on sale for Candlelight Processional but the narrators will be announced "much earlier". I feel like a Neil Patrick Harris stalker now - this is only our second trip and last time was August so I literally told the agent I might pee my pants....

DH wants Whoopie rather than NPH I am just a tad leary since last year Whoopie was scheduled 12/2 & 12/3 and cancelled. Keeping my fingers crossed they announce who will be there on 12/2 before I have to book and change my days around.

I totally understand where you are coming from. I had Whoopi booked last year. BUT, I held off to see who replaced her before I cancelled my CPP and was really pleased as it was Geena Davis. I thought she did a fabulous job - and she's an Oscar winner, too. I am going to be there this year for both NPH and Whoopi, but still know how "iffy" it can be.

I don't know if I can wait until June 26th now. I haven't been to WDW since 2004 (due to having 5 kids, all a year apart ). Now they are all grown enough that dh and I will be going to WDW SOLO!!!!! I guess I never paid attention to the Candlelight Processional but now I realize we just HAVE to do this! Looks like the voice of Ariel is our best bet for a narrator but we could go one group earlier or even witness Olivia Newton John. I'm getting teary just thinking about it

My DH doesnt want NPH either soooo its Whoopi for us...but if she canceled and Geen Davis did it again-it would be ok

Woo! We'll be there for NPH! LOVE him! Now you pros at this, tell me how hard it's going to be June 26? Can you book online? Or do you need to call? I have every ADR except a CP package. Is LeCellier available in the dinner packages? Any other places good besides LeCellier? The only places we have ever dined at in Epcot is Tutto Italiano and LeCellier. Tutto didn't wow us. We LOVED LeCellier, but chances of getting it look dim. Any other recommendations? What times are available for the packages? Which do you prefer? It's just DH and me.

Hope they fill in the TBAs before the packages release on June 26th! Could see Marlee Matlin, but want to see who will be there the 26th-28th! Either way, so excited...this will be our first holiday season at WDW. Really looking forward to CP!!

We have never been to this before . It looks like Olivia Newton John will be our narrator. My question is: To secure a ressie , I am assuming that they charge your credit card. What if you use dining credits ? Do they reverse the charge on your card and credit you back at the end of your meal?

If you call to book it, they will hold it with a cc and then u can use your DP
