What a cute baby! I'm convinced all lili's are beautiful (my GD's name soon to be 1 y.o.:goodvibes)

we're only staying 1 night @ BCV on Friday, July 29th after our cruise and want to make sure to work in time @ SAB.

Typically, we visit in October and the pool closes really early. I realize it's subject to change but does anybody care to 'guess' how late in the evening it might be open when we visit?

TIA:)

MM, Thanks for keeping us updated on Princess Lilly. I am enjoying all the pictures.

Teena, I can see the love you have for this sweet baby! Best wishes to all!

Our first stay on property we debated park hoppers. We decided to go with it for the flexibility. We definitely hopped to the max. We went to 2 different parks each day except for one. Sun - dinner at EPCOT then took monorail to MK for EMH, Mon - EPCOT only, Tues- MK and EPCOT for dinner, Wed - EPCOT for monorail ride to MK(daughter wanted to take monorail) for BBB appointment and EPCOT for fireworks in PM, Thurs - AK then to Whispering Canyon for dinner, then took the boat to MK for EMH, Fri - DHS and EPCOT and Sat - Goodbye to MK in the AM then EPCOT for dinner.

I think because the Beach Club is so close to EPCOT and all the dining options it is worth getting the hopper. I would hate not to have the flexibility.

Ok seriously Lilly is overflowing with cuteness!! :cloud9:

Since we're talking about breakfasts, DH and I have ressies at Captain's Grill (twice), Cape May, and the one at Kouzzina by Cat Cora (by the Boardwalk). Has anyone eaten here? Is it worth it? DH would be happy eating at Captain's Grill the whole time, but I was trying variety, but I only want good food on vacation! lol

Oh and today is Day 99 for me!!!! Double Digits!!! :cheer2::yay::banana::yay::banana::cheer2:

Nice big pack of vouchers and info arrived from Disney this morning - 18 days to departure from UK, 25 days to arrival at the BC. Kids have started making their ride lists.

I have a question about the pools at the Beach club resort. We will be there December 12th thru the 16th. I hear that the pools are heated. So my question is, when they say "Heated" do they really mean heated?

Sorry, with all the Princess discussion going on I think your question was overlooked. I've been at the YC in Dec 2009 and 2010. The pool is heated, the air is not. In the water you are okay but getting out is a bit chilly if the sun is not out and the air is cold (as it has been the last two years). Hope this helps. Maybe someone else with personal experience can chime in if the OOHing and AAHHing don't get the best of them.

MM, thanks for posting the cutie. Got my first granddaughter in the oven and about to pop in one month. Guess I better get busy trying to find those princess outfits for her.

Have a great trip. Don't you love it when that package of vouchers arrives? Make everything just seem that much more real.

@ Katesdad: LOL...I totally understand in regards to the Princess. A new baby is always an exciting thing. Congrats to whom ever the blessed parents are.

Thank you for your response to my question. My 2 daughters have been dring me crazy with this question for weeks now. I'm sure I will soon have more in regards to DBC before our trip gets here:thumbsup2

So I was just looking back on the first page to get myself psyched up again for our September trip, and there was something I couldn't quite answer....

SAB has a sort of Lazy River, but I'm assuming this is not like other water parks where they give you a raft... you would have to rent one here, yes?:confused3

Or, perhaps I can sneak a 1/7th share of the noodles one of our days there. :lmao: Kind of like Noddlesitting....

It's much smaller than a lazy river at a water park and you're right....no rafts given out. Do they really do that at the WDW water parks? It's been years since I've been but I remember inner tubes. Anyway, some in my family just float around it while others do use noodles. Some people use the inner tubes which can be rented. If the noodle swap is full, the Marketplace sells noodles these days and I think they are also sold at the pool. Happy SAB dreaming.:cloud9:
