Anyone up for a "Reunion Cruise" on the Disney Dream????????
It looks amazing!
Jennifer
Yes, thinking about a back to back since the Dream is only doing the 4 and 3 days.

Luckily, we still have some money tied up with DCL. So, the financial blow should be less. Bill has looked into transferring our current reservation to the Dream. However, I was suppose to gauge when the kids will have Spring Break. So, he can book it. I have been so pre-occupied making final plans for our upcoming November/December WDW trip, DAP and ADB trip. I need to get going on making Dream plans.
JenniferThat's what we were thinking too. However, I'll have to see the pricing first.

I'm curious to see the virtual porthole -- looks fun!
Aren't those cool? I never would have considered an inside room in the past. However, with the virtual portholes, we may have to give it a try. When I saw the Dream itineraries, I decided to wait until the next ship as 4 days is just not long enough! But after looking at the pics some more, I knew I couldn't wait!
I put in a request with my TA to book the 17 April 4 night, as I think that'll be Jasmine's Spring break.

Where did you see the Dream's itineraries and sail dates????? I can't find any "official" dates yet. Inquiring minds want to know ...
Jennifer
I just sent you an email with my TA's info. But I think all the dates are on the DCL website now. There are definitely pics of the Dream up.
I got a cat 11B midship on deck 7 for $1112 on April 17 2011. I'm curious to see the virtual porthole. And since I already have a $1,000 deposit down it feels like I'm getting a free cruise!
!! For that price we can do a 7 nite!!

We had the same mindset as everyone else; $2,500 for a 4-night maiden voyage is RIDICULOUS!! So what we are doing instead is a B-2-B in September around Labor Day!! For a b-2-b, just the two of us, on an inside stateroom (7th deck) it is only going to be $1,560.
We were like, OK!! Plus, we already have a $500 deposit on our dummy cruise and the deposit on this one is $800, so we just have to come up with $300. Then we have almost 2 years to pay off $800!! And we've never been to Nassau. It's a WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN!!!
Well Tina and I just booked also!!We had the same mindset as everyone else; $2,500 for a 4-night maiden voyage is RIDICULOUS!! So what we are doing instead is a B-2-B in September around Labor Day!! For a b-2-b, just the two of us, on an inside stateroom (7th deck) it is only going to be $1,560.

I have a question, are you already "officially" booked on the cruise? How many past Disney cruises have y'all been on? We tried to transfer our current cruise, but have to wait until Monday to book on the Disney Dream because we're only Silver CC Members.

We're sticking with our Alaska cruise in July 2011 but I may see what I can work out for the Dream that year. The YouTube video was very cool.
