Thank you all for the warm wishes I'll be 1/2 way to Florida in 24 hours from now!!! WOW!!!

As Amanda said, we've all been very busy with packing and all the little details. As of now, my husband and kids will have all their meals easy to prepare, I've stashed surprise desserts, made their weekend calendar for DH, etc etc etc. Now I need to worry about ME!! I'm still doing a few last minute laundry things, then I need to pack.

I'm worried a bit about the weather (it says rain for the next few days down there). However, we'll be in Disney World.... I'm sure we'll find a way to pass the time even if the fireworks aren't going off.

I will definitely be a posting trip report...if not on here, then on my blog. I want to remember every little detail for the rest of my life.

Guess I'd better get to packing

Hey everyone! I echo Amanda and Kaylene's sentiments! We've all been so busy with family events and getting ready for the trip, I haven't even had time to grocery shop for the family's food for the weekend! I don't know where Kaylene found time for that and for making desserts!!

My bag is packed, and everything is by the door ready to go. 12 hours from now I'll actually be on the plane en route!!

Thank you again to everyone who supported us through all the rounds, and while we were waiting to hear! I can't wait to cheer you all on next year!

I'm not even flying today and I'm full of butterflies!! I should be driving over in a couple hours so I can be in the lobby when the first moms start arriving from the airport! Can't wait!

Like everyone else, I'll be writing about as much as I can, either on my blog, here, or both! Thank you ALL for making this such a wonderful, supportive waiting room and cheering section for all of us. I can't wait to see who among you makes it next year and cheer you on along the way!

One of the Moms, a friend of mine, had to come in a day early, so we met up on Friday at AK, and during one of the momentary free moments she had about midnight last night, she called me. Thrilled of course, staying at the Contemp, which she described as her 'night in the castle!!!' A lot of things were canceled or moved to alternate sites because of the horrible weather- cold and rainy- enough that I left AK at 3 and MK at 3 on Friday and Saturday- but still good. As they say, a bad day at Disney...

Busy busy busy is the call, with lots of experiences all over the World, including being 'featured guests' at the regular MK parade on Friday (I think?) with camera crews filming many of their experiences...

I intended to get some candid shots of their goings on, but between the weather and the moves and stuff, never did see the 'group' in action.

We just returned from our week and the weather held until our last day but that was a chill day so the cold and rain did not spoil any of the parks for us.

But the change in weather made it more difficult to get away from my parents so I never got to meet up with any of you! I am saddened about that!
