Don't laugh too hard! It might just be! The first year, I made it to the final interviews, the next year just to round 2, and last year I FINALLY made it!! Three was a pretty lucky number for me!!

OH! Guys I am so very sad and frustrated at the same time!

I have really enjoyed running the Mom's Panel thread the last few years but due to personal things in my life right now, I am afraid that I will not be able to give the new 2011 thread the attention that it needs.

I am so sorry but I know that I would not be able to give a minute by minute update this year, and that would not be fair to any of you!

I will be around as much as possible but with sadness and literally tears of regret, I am officially stepping aside.

Tonight I attended the Moms Party and Illuminations viewing (wow) and met Laura and she announced that the new applications will open on Sept 13th. I think that was what she said. 14th maybe? But I think it was the 13th. Will have video up tomorrow of the party and the announcement. It was awesome!!!

At about 4pm, it was so heavy and gusty, that I honestly feared that it would be canceled! On the drive down, I actually hit two white-outs!

But, by 6, it was a mild drizzle and at show time, nothing: not even enough breeze to clear the smoke!
