2010 Mom's Panel Results along with lists of Round 2 & 3 Participants

Nope not me. I'm trying to figure out a plan to get in next year! I just can't get a feeling for what is important, to blog or not to blog, help here on the boards or is that a drawback. Although I'm sure the ones moving on are excellent(go DISers), how do you get past the tiny essays so they get to know you? If you figure it out let me know, I think we would have a blast.

Do we know if any of the round 3 bloggers mentioned anything about their blogs in their 100 word answers ~ or anything about the DIS? I wonder if they (the judges) went to their blogs & read more into them (the applicants) than just the answers? So hard to figure out what they're feeling when reading our answers......well, we have a whole year to work on that like you said!!

Well NMD#1 has a great blog and it didn't help her. I'm sure if I had a blog I would mention it. I did wonder about them checking out people's blogs, that didn't seem fair though, I mean that's a lot more than 100 words. I know there was a lot of chatter after the round 2 emails about "blog" factor, but of the DISers moving one only two I know have a blog. It's enough to drive you crazy, ok I might be half way there anyway!

Simple.

And by the way, this is reliant on my "If I won the lottery" dream.

One Disney park per day, until I hit them all consecutively.

So that is 4 days in Orlando, 2 in Anaheim, 2 in Tokyo, 2 in Paris, and one in Hong Kong (obviously not in that order).

So I figure you start off in Paris for Day 1 and 2, with an early departure that night for Orlando. Day 3 (starting in the afternoon) at Animal Kingdom, then Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios for days 4-6. Leaving the Studios early without seeing Fantasmic, as the private jet has cocktail peanuts warming for the flight to LA. Califonia Adventure and Disneyland on days 7 and 8, with another early departure for Tokyo. Tokyo on days 9 and 10, and Hong Kong on day 11 to finish it all off.

Sound easy anyone?

My St. is my absolute JOY... just a big ball of mushy baby who protects me with her life! (And with my job, I like that, especially being a single mom)... It took her and a DD a while to be friends, but now they are buddies, the dog even lets her put the mouse ears on her!

BIG HUGE NEWS...

Just picked up the radiologist report and, even though I'm not a doctor, I CAN read, and it says "No identifiable masses present" and "recommend follow up in 6 months"!!! Praise the Lord!

I most certainly am going to keep the surgeons appointment on the 10th, but I think it's safe to say I don't need to worry about anything.

delighted with your good news. I havent been on for a while as we've been hit by the dreaded swine flu so just catching up on dis -dont want to skip to the end and miss all the stories along the way but wanted you to know I am happy for you

I got the recall email and haven't received anything else since. I am just assuming it is because of all of the email addresses that showed up. Oh well, just call me a 2011 hopeful!

I think it is simply wonderful that so many Dis'ers have moved forward to the next round. I know that right now the phone interview process is looming eerily over your heads and November 10th seems years away.

How can we all help the thirteen of you to pass the time most pleasantly?
Do you want more questions of the day, would you prefer a topic of the day, do you want us just to cheer you on, or would you prefer some silence?

Please speak up and let us know how we can support you through this process and the next 14 days!

I agree, the support and encouragement here is just amazing. I like the idea of "get-to-know-you" type questions. Dreams come true, and if this one does for the 8 of us ... it'd be neat to kinda know each other a little more. In reality I'm keeping quite a check on my emotions, having gotten this far last year...only to not move on. However, I AM letting myself dream a bit and imagine "what if"
