I am pretty simple when it comes to my must have dessert or snack at WDW.

I must have vendor popcorn. I have a popcorn bucket collection hidden in my kitchen cupboard. Now you know my deep dark secret. :rotfl:

Chocolate Mousse from the Boulangerie Pattisserie

Other than that basically whatever is placed in front of me is just fine. I didn't cook it. Don't have to clean up after it. It is all wonderful. :)

my dessert/treat of choice is gingerbread men! I LOVE them!

but, I've also been known to save the cardboard popcorn containers so whatever popcorn I put in it will taste like Main Street popcorn. Ok, so maybe I just imagine it does, but it helps! When in Magic Kingdom, we like to buy some popcorn and drink and take it back to the movie theatre and relax and watch Mickey movies. Lately DVC has been using up that space alot though. How dare they!

Our MUST HAVE desserts (beside the Dole Whip) are the decadent ZEBRA DOMES at Boma :) :cloud9:  mmmmm

Here's my DD showing a sampling of her Boma desserts (since she couldn't pick just one)...

and here, for your mouth-watering enjoyment, is a close up of a Zebra Dome :)

If you've never had one, you simply MUST go try one :) Difficult to describe, impossible to resist. :)

Oh, and I simply must have my Mickey Ice-cream bar ... and rice crispie treats...and the popcorn....and the make your own concoctions at Goofy's Candy Company!! :rotfl: Have you all tried those?!??! All for ONE snack credit, it's "dip, dunk and drizzle" 3 things on your favorite treat (giant oreos, rice crispies, etc). Yeah, no wonder I always gain a few pounds when I go to the World :rotfl2:

Ok my style... We are talking desserts. Well I am very simple too. My favorite disney dessert is the orignal mickey rice krispie treat on a stick. Ok I also love the ones by Selmas dipped in white chocolate sold in the candy store. Sit down desserts would have to be smores at Prime Time. They are awesome!!!!! Yummo!!! :lovestruc

I ordered a monorail for my son when we were at Bay Lake Towers last month. You can purchase them through the Contemporary's private dining menu. I actually ordered mine from home a couple days before our arrival. The cost was $40 but they are awesome!! In case you didn't know, some private dining menus also include chocolate characters so be on the look out for those!

Yup - it came from the Contemporary.. BUT... I arranged it when we were staying at the Wilderness Lodge Club Level. They had it brought over for us!

We've also gotten the chocolate canoe at the WL - as a gift from the concierge staff! These things are almost too pretty to eat. Almost. But they are chocolate... so... I ... Cannnot..... Resist....

DH reminded me of another favorite. This one is from EPCOT at Norway’s Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe. It is called School Bread and is similar to a custard filled donut but even better. :goodvibes

I had to search Google for a pic. Photo Credit goes to SanctumSolitude(Great Pic BTW!). I guess I need to remember to take out my camera next time before I gobble it down!

That Chocolate Monorail is adorable. I have never seen that one before. Thanks for sharing!

oh the chocolate mousse!!! i LOVE that! and popcorn:: i always get popcorn at the MK!

good thing i just ate dinner or these posts would be making me hungry! :goodvibes

My favorite snack is the Napoleon at the Boulangerie Patisserie in France. My boys like the twisty popcicles that are called something like Itsakadoozie. DH likes the popcorn. We always try to get popcorn at least once during our stays in the plastic buckets.

This was my favorite dessert, but when I looked up to get the name right, I realized they don't offer it anymore. :( From Kona Cafe. I think it was called the Kilauea Torte...it was SO GOOD.

I also really love Rice Cream in Norway, but no one else does so they never want to walk all the way over there to get one :rotfl:

Zebra Domes are another favorite too, as well as Dole Whip. It has to be the vanilla/pineapple mix though. ;)

Can you tell I love this topic?? ;)

No....unfortunately not directly from facebook.

I'm sorry ~ the link to the picture works but I was thinking that you were trying to just put the picture into your post like the other ones! :goodvibes

one more...

In '07, we had the "Millenium" celebration or something like that at the California Grill for dessert. It was the BEST dessert I have ever had. I don't think they make it anymore, but oh was it delicious :cloud9: :cloud9:

I think my favorite snack at Disney is whatever is closest. We typically try to hit Boulangerie Patisserie at least once, and Ghirardelli is our first (and last) stop at Downtown Disney. I can't go past Rose & Crown without getting a Guiness either.
