2010 Dining plan price will change by season

The prices for the Disney Dining Plan have been released for 2010.

The Disney Quick Service Dining Plan 2010 will be $31.99/adults, $9.99/child 3-9

Basic Disney Dining Plan 2010 $41.99/adults, $11.99/child 3-9 (regular season)

Basic Disney Dining Plan 2010 $46.99/adults, $12.99/child 3-9 (peak season)

Looks like a $2 increase on the Basic DP for adults and child on the regular season.

When exactly is Regular and Peak season? Does Peak correspond with Premium season on the DVC points? Or does it overlap seasons shown on the point charts?
