Hi all,
I just found this message board. My hubby and I decided we are going to take the kids to Disney in 2009. We are thinking the end of April/beginning of May 2009. We took our oldest son there 7 years ago when he was almost 3 years old. We now also have twins that will be 5 next year. We are so excited to go, but it seems like so much has changed. I started searching some boards already to get some tips. I'm looking forward to planning this trip and any tips would be helpful. TIA

Planning our trip for the end of May 2009! So excited! This will be our first trip to Disney! Can't wait to book our package!!!

Dh said yes to 2 weeks at WDW! He wanted only 10, but since we decided to begin our vacation over MLK weekend, we HAD to make it longer! We will be doing other things than parks that first weekend, but we will still be on site and ready to PLAY!!!

But for those here on this thread ( Oct 29, 2007 ) Disney Visa codes came out for the Jan/Feb/March 2008 trips. So we will be busy watching all the threads and sites this October 2008 for the 2009 codes.

Montly meetings..... that's a smart idea!!

My sister and her son (7) are coming w/us in 2009. They have never been. I wish I could wait a month in-betwwen talking and planning -

We talk ( or e-mail ) almost daily, and I bring up Disney at least once a week if not more....

Count me in! We have ressies for June 2008 but we need to cancel. We won't be able to go until June 2009. Hopefully, we will be staying at AKL June 6-13, 2009. It seems like a long time from now.

We are going in 2009!!!! We've been thinking about the first week of May, but the more I think about it , I'm not sure if I want to take the kids out of school for a whole week. So now we're thinking of April 2009. Hey a few weeks sooner We are going to book the room only soon, just to have it booked and start paying on it. We're going for 7 nights at All star music, with 6 day passes, and plenty of character meals. This will be our first time staying at Disney.
