I can't wait for Friday when I can call and book and officially get added to Group # 2!!

I have a silly question about the tipping part...do you tip the CM when you pick them up or the CM when you drop them off or both & about how much is appropriate??

Maybe like $2-$3 when you pick up and then $2-$3 when you drop off ?

I believe we are all keeping the chairs and umbrellas in our room for our stay ? This is what we did last year, so you are only tipping one time when you pick up and one time when you drop off ? I think if anyone wants to give more, that is perfectly fine and up to the individual.

Also....a question from me as well. With the money collected, I will order the chairs and umbrellas in a couple days. My question is.....how do I get the portion of the collected money for the tips to the CM's ??? Any suggestions ?

We all know you have handled this whole chair swap, and all really appreciate all that you have done , why don't you be the one to present the CM's with the tip. You will have the extra $ collected from everyone, then that way you dont have to try to figure out a way to get it to someone. You are going to be there in May (I think we are there the same time) so that is still early enough in the season. Just a thought.

I just booked us for a week at Hilton Head for August! WOOHOO, 2 beach vacations in one year, now we just have to figure out when we do WDW next, the wife is thinking Feb '10, I'm thinking next month

Seriously though, roles in our family have always been reversed, with me ready to drop everything and go off gallivanting into the sunset and she the more thoughtful, logical, reasonable type. I've got the kids working her over now so who knows

Though we are not involved in this year's chair swap, I do know how much work it is to stay on top of everything. I exchanged some PMs with starbox last year and I know she was really working hard to keep things in order.

GOOD for you on HH!! I'm with you next month sounds perfect for WDW, take her for Valentines Day!

Yup, the Disney resort. Can't wait for either VB or HHI! And while we're not going to WDW Feb break the kids and I did convince my wife to take a 3-day weekend and go up to the indoor waterpark at Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara Falls

If anyone's interested, I can email them a quick recap when I get back. A little easier for some of us Yankee types to get to then Florida.
