Well, we're wait-listed for our week 5/31-6/5. Hopefully it will come through and we can jump in late. Nice to think about as we get our snow here in Indy and the upper midwest is colder than Alaska!

Hi all.....feeling like a human popcicle here in the burbs of Philly ! Will wake up to 7 degrees tommorrow and 2 degrees on Sat ! Not funny ! This doesn't even include wind chills which they say will be 15-20 degrees BELOW ZERO ! UGHHH.....

I will sit and total the checks tonight and if I have enough will deposit and place order early next week. If I'm a little short until the final checks come in, I can just front that. I'm nervous about getting it ordered because there are some swappers going to VB in Feb.

We're freezing here too near Chicago. Dreaming of springtime on the positive side I've almost convinced DH to do a Spring Break trip since we're so tired of the cold.

Also....just a suggestion. But in order that we are all considerate of eachother, I noticed several people are returning their chairs/umbrellas the same day another is arriving. IOW, some swappers are back-to-back. I would think maybe these DIS'ers could communicate with eachother about their approximate arrival times ? So if a DIS'er is returning a chair on the 20th, and another DIS'er is due to start their rental on the 20th, I would hope you both would communicate and come to an understanding about the chairs. Anyone checking out, hopefully has the chairs returning prior to 11 am of that day, so the DIS'er coming in, knows the chairs will be there when they arrive.

Wilec....you PM'd me about the swap. Your dates were 8/27 to 8/31. I can only fit you for 8/27 and 8/28. Chairs would have to be returned on 8/29 for mickeymorse's arrival. I'd say returned by 11 am unless Mickeymorse anticipates a late arrival to VB that day ? But Wilec, if you are interested in just the two days (8/27 & 8/28), let me know and I'll add u.

Hi Maria - you've got me down for the swap but we're only on the wait list for rooms right now, sadly. Hopefully the room will come through. Just wanted to make sure you knew that. Today I'm definitely dreaming about the beach and the warmth! -20 this morning before wind chill, school closed...heck, Alaska would be warmer right now!

I deposited all checks I had received this morning. Tine, won't be able to deposit yours until Tues due to holiday on Mon. Once they all clear, I will place order and then fax list to VB.

Some have yet to get their checks to me. If there is a problem but you're still interested, please email me, otherwise I will not be including your name on the list I fax to VB next week. I really appreciate it. It's just very challenging to keep all these names and groups in order and keep track of all the money. My dh was nice enough to make an Excel spreadsheet for me last night (thanks dh !)

For Wilec. We (mickeymorse) are driving over from WDW and don't anticipate being at the resort right at 11. I'm sure by the time we get settled and can enjoy relaxing on the beach, it will be mid afternoon.

Yes MM....dh came in quite handy last night ! I know nothing of excel spreadsheets and how to set them up !
