Thanks for the feedback perpetualplanner ! :thumbsup2

I just want to make sure everyone is cool with this plan.........

It all sounds great. I like the idea of spreading out "thank you's" to the CM's throughout the swap rather than a big tip at the end. I also think the idea of holding onto a little extra for damages is a good idea.

You've done a GREAT job with this and it's much appreciated! :flower3:

Ditto!:thumbsup2

I love everything you have planned maria!! From the thankyous to the 'damages' fund... You've done a great job
Thanks again!!

:cheer2: Maria you have done an excellent job organizing and planning the chair swap. I will be happy to pick up the chairs for Group #2 on 2/15. And Jump4joy and I are in touch via pm to arrange a smooth transfer on the 20th.

Thanks again!

I totally agree with everyone, Maria! You've done an amazing job organizing this chair swap. I'm so glad that you received plenty of $$ to cover the costs. Love your idea for the CM gifts and the damage fund.
Now all you have to do is sit back and wait for YOUR turn to come around! :beach:

I think the plan sounds great, Maria. I have used Edible Arrangements many times and I love their stuff. And thanks so much for the link to the CM thank you cards! I am going to use those for all kinds of CMs!

Thanks again for all your hard work.

Love your idea for the CM gifts

I must give credit to starbox on the fruit arrangement idea ! I do love their products though. We've had patients at the hospital send us these from time to time and they're usually gone in like 20 min :rotfl:

:wave2: Hi all...just back from our ski weekend...survived pretty much all in one piece! Glad to hear my check made it safe & sound. The plan sounds great! Definitely YES on the reserve fund!!

Just a thought about taking care of the stuff - we always rinse / hose off our beach chairs when we're done with them to get the salt water & sand off of them. The salt can be very damaging and this helps keep them from rusting. Then we just set them outside for an hour or so to dry. It really does help them last to just take an extra 5 minutes to care for them. I'm sure there must be an outdoor shower there by the pool / beach that could be used for this??!!

Glad you had fun on your ski trip.

Yes, there are a couple showers at VB right as you come up from the beach, that work great for getting the sand off the chairs. :beach:

;) Not so much into winter sports here either, really. But it's a great excuse to come in from the cold and indulge in some adult beverages by the fire!:thumbsup2

I hear ya. Family went to one of the mountains here in PA for skiing and tubing last winter. I played for about an hour....then retreated to the lodge for those beverages. There was no fire at this lodge, so I just sat in their little cafeteria style restaurant and read a book. This was a no frills kind of place. If I went away to a proper resort, I'd be doing spa treatments or something while everyone else did their tubing, skiing......

And thanks pinktails....I received your check yesterday afternoon :thumbsup2
