If the swap was your idea and would like to run with it, please let me know. If one is open with no hostess I will go with first come first serve.

I'm considering making a separate calendar for completed pages, what do ya'll think.

I'd like to keep the toppers'n'tag swap and the tag book swaps (Disney & everyday) along with the sports n more one. I can take others, but I'm sure there lots of willing swapper who would like to be hostess, so I won't claim any others that I've never done before. I'll just pick up any slack if there is any later.

I had talked about doing a complete page swap using sketches as inspiration, but I don't think there was much chatter about wanting to do it. Let me know if you think we should still put that on the calendar.

I don't mind including "General Cruise" in with the Disney Cruise swap. That usually has a limited number of participants anyway, so it would be nice to get more swappers involved.

I wouldn't mind hosting one or two more swaps. Not sure which swaps are looking for hostesses.

Just a dumb question, but since I've been out a while, I may not understand some of the lingo...
What is a "complete page swap" compared to something under the "Disney Swap" section (for example, the cruise swap. Don't we usually make several elements to make up a page of a theme?) Am I missing something? Obviously, I am because I'm confuuuused

Completed page swap is just that -- elements are attached to a page and the whole thing mailed and swapped out. I'll find some links for you and be back in a minute.

We've progressed from making page "kits" to have a few swaps were we adhere the "kits" to the background paper, thus having complete pages. We've done them in 6x6, 8x8 and 12x12, one and two page layouts.

It's a very easy task!!! We'll have you up and going in 5 minutes.. especially if you utilize photobucket.. you upload to their site.. and than they show you a code that you just copy and paste over here.. it's a snap!!!

If we are looking at 4 CPS I was thinking one each quarter (of course this doesn't take the character 8 by 8 one into it.

I was thinking about the calendar one at the beginning of the year so people can use it for the rest of the year as they make their pages.

I was thinking about summer for all about me since many of us have a bit more time. Of course if you wouldn't have time over the summer you could do yours ahead of time since it will be a more of what you want to do- since you are doing the finished ready for album page on this one.

How would the end of Jan through mid-late March work for Calander stuff (if you want me to do groups for fall and winter year round swap I can do that too).

Also would people perfer 8 by 8 or 6 by 6 for all about me- can you fit enough on a 6 by 6 page?

I agree the calendar one should be up first.

The All about me, are we adding pictures and such like a Circle Journal but in the end we would all have the same book? I like that idea and yeah we could do that ahead of time or as we go along during the year.

I can't decide about 8x8 or 6x6. 8x8 albums are easier to find but 6x6 is easier to cut without a ton of waste.
