Is there a 2009 DP, or can the current dp be booked into next year? We are not interested but my cousin is.

In 2009 there is a new counter service dining plan, plus the same regular and deluxe plans that are on sale this year (the price on those has increased slightly). If you book a package with dining for 2009, you will pay the 2009 prices.

I realized we don't have a 2009 dining plan sticky yet...

so I can only refer you to www.disneyworld.com

And I can say that the basic plan will cost $39.99/$10.99 for adults/children 3-9 and the deluxe $71.99/$20.99. That is an increase of $2 for adults and $1 for children.
