HI all! I thought I would try this but I did Wk1D1 and had to stop because of my shin splints.It seems like everytime I try walking or running I end up with shin splints! I'll take time off and try it again when I am better. Anybody with any suggestions?
Definately stretching (like mentioned above) but I find that I get shin splints when I run too fast. I have to keep my pace slow and steady.
