Well ladies, I did my exercise DVD. I did the easy one today, boy am I out of shape.

My exercise DVD is broken down into 4 parts - a 10 minute warm up, 30 minutes dance aerobics, 10 minute cool down and 10 minute tone up. I haven't attempted the tone up part yet, by the time I've finished the cool down I'm shattered I'm not keen on sit ups etc, so I'll leave the toning part till nearer to the Cruise

SO - you do 50 minutes a day Sandy?? That is GREAT!!!!!!! I couldn't do that much.. I usually do two 20 minutes sets on the treadmill - but, I do them like 12 hours apart! LOL Not all at once!!!!

Paul has finally put our December Cruise on DVD, and I'm just sitting here watching it - it's great, though I really don't remember doing the Limbo dance to Hot, Hot, Hot in Parrot Cay (must've been a good night )

Oh no! You were so excited to get Ohana. We are going to 'Ohana on the 31st at 9:30am - the kids are not morning people so I went with 9:30 and it will be a special treat for our last day

She's doing Ok...just has this cough at night/nap and a runny nose. I think it is just a cold that won't go away (although she will probably have allergies like her mommy and brother). Mets are doing well They've won the last few games!

Well, we'll see what happens w/Ohana - we have been there on each of the last 3 or 4 trips, so, no biggie - but, I was hoping for something 'magical' the day we leave!!

I was upset w/80s night - there are so many songs out there, wasn't happy w/their selections.. I did like Michael Johns (of course) and David Cook - but other than that - I could care less!!!!

Hi Guys

I had my concert tonight. My kids kicked serious butt and I was so proud of them. I am totally pooped out and wicked thirsty. I get really dehydrated after a concert. I had to direct my kids 2 songs and then 2 out of the 3 songs performed by all of the groups (grades 4 - 10). We got a standing O so I guess it went over well!

The weather looks really crappy for us after midnight and most of the day tomorrow. Freezing rain.. I wouldn't mind a snow day! Then I can hang out with you all! I hate it when I can't "come out and play" with you guys!
