Mandy i have been meaning to ask you. You have mentioned that the girls come home for lunch everyday do they walk or do you have to pick them up and drive them back everyday? I'm nosy..lol

Hey Michele, it's only Becky that comes home everyday. She was having problems at school last Summer, so we decided to let her come home for lunch. She only gets 45 minutes so I pick her up and take her back (the school is only a 5 minute drive away)

Kerry on the otherhand has a weird timetable where she goes into college late somedays, comes home on a couple of days as she has several hours between lessons or she finishes early - even after several months of her doing this, I still never know what she's doing each day

Michele - have fun out in the garden! I was planning on cleaning my husbands office today (its next to the kitchen and becomes the dumping room) but I may have to do some raking just as an excuse to get outside this morning while its nice

Mandy - Great job doing your exercise video...it looks like your right back on track after the weekend. Way to go!

Nothing nice. Working and then taking poor Ian to get his braces and expanders. I promised him anything he wants for dinner since he will be dealing with all the new stuff in his mouth.

Tomorrow will be fun. We take the 10 am train to NYC for the day. It will be fun. Hopefully the rain will stop by then.

My exercise DVD is broken down into 4 parts - a 10 minute warm up, 30 minutes dance aerobics, 10 minute cool down and 10 minute tone up. I haven't attempted the tone up part yet, by the time I've finished the cool down I'm shattered I'm not keen on sit ups etc, so I'll leave the toning part till nearer to the Cruise

Paul has finally put our December Cruise on DVD, and I'm just sitting here watching it - it's great, though I really don't remember doing the Limbo dance to Hot, Hot, Hot in Parrot Cay (must've been a good night )

I'm just watching us pulling out of Castaway Cay -Oh I can't wait to get back there
