All this talk of dieting/weight, etc. Has anyone seen the movie "Norbit"?? I have to say, not the 'best' movie of all time, but there are some funny parts!! The wife is pretty big, and is wearing a bathing suit (bikini) and heads to the water park - c'mon girls, can you admit if you've seen it?!?!??!!??! That's going to be me! Except, maybe I'll spare you the bikini!!! (Alright, I am not that bad).

Off to a slow morning here - DS#1 needs to get up in a few for school, his bus picks him up at 6:55 - then, round #2 when Ant gets up for school.. it is FREEZING here this morning, we are expecting snow, rain, freezing rain, etc. - NOT a pretty day, but a great day for me to be home and not working... maybe I'll break out the exercise videos.................

I've been checking out tankini & short sets on the internet, and hoping that they'll be in the shops soon. There are some nice full suits too, especially the ones with the 'tummy control'

I've also been looking at some dresses - so I just hope that they're in the shops soon - as I not into buying much on-line as I like to try them on first

You could always watch your exercise video while eating a bag of chips (we love Lays chips when we come over to the US)

Lays makes a 'light' chip - they used to be called WOW chips, which is how I still refer to them, but, they are fat free - kinda like the FF pringles... in WW lingo - they are 1 point a serving, and if you eat the ENTIRE bag, a BIG 5 points - not too bad, right?? Not that I have EVER done that

The tankini top and shorts that is me. I haven't worn a bathing suit without shorts in about 16 years. Nicole ruined my butt...lol I won't even take the shorts off to go in the pool. it's so sad.

I haven't seen the movie but I did see the preview. DOn't worry ladies, I won't scare you with a bikini, I try to stay as covered as you can in a bathing suit.

DD's bus picks her up at that time too. DS's bus doesn't get on the bus until 9:53. We live 2 blocks from his school.

Hey mandy, Nothing much planned. i don't think i am going to win that fish extender. I have registered 3 times now and it keeps telling me i am not registered and to resumbit. so i gave up. Oh well it wasn't meant to be i guess. My only plan is to go send some flowers to my grandma in the nursing home for valenines day. She is very depressed on v day because this is the day my grandpa died . We actually had to come home early from our honeymoon because my mom had to fly to arizona for the funeral. So v day isn't really a great day for my mom either. My dad tries to make it special for her but she would prefer to jst ignore the day as if it was any other.

I wish. No it's a bit of a boring day today. I took my mum shopping this morning, and then I've just been doing washing and ironing today. The girls are out back on the XBox and computer

I think I'm going to google some ideas of gifts for these Fish Extenders this afternoon, it'll take my mind off what a boring day I'm having and there's nothing better than planning stuff for the Cruise

Today our boys are off of school for a snow day. The school distrinct rarely cancels school for snow. We only got a dusting of snow so they must have been worried about the predicted ice rain this afternoon. I just hope they make this day up Monday (they were off for President's Day) because they will make it up in April otherwise when we are going to Florida for a 4 day weekend. Usually they get a week off for spring break at Easter but this year they get only Good Friday, Easter Monday and then the 4 day weekend in April. Next year they go back to the regular week off at Easter.

I also belong to the dusty treadmill club. I got a really nice one last year with a tv and fan built in. I ran on it for 3 days and it's been my son's action figure stand since. I thought about getting on it yesterday, but it's in our basement and I didn't want to be cold! Excuses, excuses.

I won't be in a bikini either. Those days are long gone. DS10 and I were going through tons of old pictures last week and he ran across me in a bikini picture the year before I was pregnant with him and asked who it was. I told him me and he said "wow, you were hot, what happened?" Reminded me of when he was about 6 and came running up behind me when I was bent over cleaning very concerned about the stretch marks he could see that I had and he had never noticed. I told him they were my medals of honor for giving birth to him. I had been 110 pounds for a good 10 years and then gained 65 pounds when I was pregnant and my skin didn't keep up too well. I lost about 50 of the pounds at one time but have slowly gained another 15-20 back. I don't diet at all so unless I exercise I have no chance of slimming down. I belong to curves, but haven't been in a good 3 months. I have a major sweet tooth and ice cream penchant.

I was amazed at some of the large stature women in bikinis (or thongs) on the Med cruise. I was thrilled they had the confidence to wear them.

I work part time from home. My work computer is right next to this one so I take turns surfing Disboards and keeping up with my work emails/phone calls. I am a Human Resources Director for a Government contracting firm. I do the payroll, new employee benefits packages and enrollments, security clearances, keep track of vacation/sick leave/comp time balances, contract hour balances, etc. I really enjoy it. I love the flexibility of working from home though I get calls and faxes at all hours of the day. Most employees do not know I have a home office or that I'm part time. My busiest times of the month are the first week and when the biweekly payroll is due. Some times I can work a 50 hour week and other times a 5 hour week. I get paid for 20 regardless. It usually comes out even and if I ever work more than an average of 20 per week at the end of the month I can get paid for more hours.

I have not seen a lot of extra large women in tiny bikinis/thongs, etc on our other DCL cruises, just when we were in the Mediterranean. I was really impressed they felt good enough about themselves to wear them. I was also surprised that a lot of the European girls did not wear tops at the pools. I know it's completely normal in their countries to go without them, but I thought Disney may enforce that they wear tops, especially some of the older girls. It was so weird to see little girls in princess bathing suits and then other little girls in little more than a skimpy bottom on. Luckily my son's could have cared less.

Wow, I'm surprised that Disney allowed them to go topless. I know a lot of European girls (Brits too) like to go topless, but knowing how Disney is, I'd have thought that they may want everyone dressed more appropriately on the ship

Hey girls.... I'm back!!

I did some running after I took Anthony to school, then I came home, put groceries away, and ran to get my nails done.. NOW I am here, staying put till it's time to pick Ant up from school.. Dominic gets the bus, so, usually after he gets dropped of, I run for the other.. it is freezing out and starting to flurry.. so, I am done for the day! I have some work to do for work here, so I am going to work w/computer side-by-side (Like Danielle) - I'll be reading the boards and working!!
