I had to work today till 2 and then off to Haley's school with a treat for her Birthday!! She is 10 today. I am going to take the girls out for dinner as DH has to work tonight. I picked her up a webkinz for a present, but her party won't be until the 16th.

Hey Suzanne, yes we've been quite chatty today. If you want to let us know your plans for before and after the Cruise, then I'll add them to the first page (a few of us have done this)

I hope Hayley has a lovely birthday. I had to look on Google to find out what a webkinz is - I'm still not sure what it is - is it an interactive soft toy - or more like the old Tamagotchis ?

Is Hayley having a party at home or are you going out to celebrate ?

A webkinz is a stuffed animal that comes with a code to a vrtual on line community type thing. They can make houses, have jobs, play games etc. kind of like sims. Mytwo youngest love webkinz and have well over 30 of them between the 2 of them. They only cost around $15 so they are a cute little gift. I bought her the cow as it is the "pet of the month"

mandy , how do you get it centered? No matter what i do it always goes to the side.

Michele, you need to put [*CENTER] at the beginning of the URL and [*/CENTER] at the end of it, but remove the asterisks/stars first

This was what i used for our magnetic door sign on the cruise. I wish i had thought to take a picture of it before we gave it away. It was the length of the door and a real pain to pack for the plane so i decided to give it to the kids in the room next door. This time i am going to have it made a more manageable size. It said"There Be pirates Inside Beware" It was so cute.

Sign up for Spirit Airlines emails. I have flown out of AC a couple of times when I got crazy $9 each way to FL fares. My husband doesn't mind because he can hit the casinos before we leave. The deals are hit and miss but sometime you can get a great one!

I just got a card from mohegan sun casino to stay for free on valentines day weekend.......... But we will be on our way to virginia oh well i will try not to thnk about the fun i am missing while i am standing on a cold boat looking to spot a whales tail .

Sorry you have to miss Mohegan...maybe it will be a little warm in VA hopefully.

Is anyone else doing anything nice for Valentine's Day. Hubby & I don't do anything - as it grieves me when flower shops and restauants put their prices up for this one day

You sound like me Mandy. I always suggest to DH that he should buy flowers a week after V-day because I can't stand the prices for that day. Although this year I did hint that I wouldn't mind a camera that I can use at the beach/snorkelling

It was a very nice day. The weather cooperated and it only rained on us a few minutes. It was interesting watching the Martha show being taped and seeing what goes on behind the scenes. Plus the audience got a few little goodies (3 books). I really just enjoyed having some time away from home and being a grown up.

How was shopping? Buy anything good?

Definately.. When we were on the last cruise jeff woke me up at 4 am to have me come see the dolphins following the boat. I couldn't see a thing i heard them jumping but saw nothing..lol oh well maybe this time.
