Yesterday was a zoo... Sarah had dress rehearsal for her dance recital and then a birthday party... Then it was dinner, bath and packing up for Boston.. we are leaving in a couple of hours...

It was weird and confusing. Shame Donna didn't meet up with the stuttering guy at the end - I wonder if she'll meet him in the future

Me - swim?? LOL Now the boys have a few friends over - so, I can watch from the A/C in the kitchen! They look like they are having fun!

I can't believe Milo actually went in the water - thought he would be afraid!! But, 1st Carm took him in, then Ant did and he was pretty good! Bella is a pretty good swimmer - she makes a lot of splashes though! LOL

WOW - the whole beach to yourself? Where was everybody??? That must be so nice to be there all alone? I was going to sit out today and try to get some color - but, I didnt - maybe in the next couple of days, I can sit out after the kids get out from school. I am sure I'll have a pool full all week!

OMG 11 Weeks - SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO 2 pounds a week - 22 pounds before the trip! LOL Who the hell am I kidding?!?!?!? You are all going to get me the way I am - I am not having success dieting - or wait, no success in even attempting to diet - I have been snacking and eating SO bad the past few weeks.. I think it's a stress thing! Damn job!

It's saying that the Pirate Party has changed to 7.30 - 8.30pm, but still on the 3rd night

Personally I think that's good, as in the past we've always missed dessert (with late seating) and had to dash to the Pirate Party. It states that dinner that night was a little later at 8.30pm (as late seating is now 8.15pm). The only problem would be if anyone has booked Palo for Pirate Night - so just a heads-up for you

Mandy - thanks for the info! I think the time is OK- this way you don't sit around all night waiting for the party.

You are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO lucky!!!!!!! A friend of ours is going the end of June - it's their first trip, she is going to give me the "Low-Down" when she gets back! I wish I was that close to DLR or WDW to just go whenever I had nothing to do!! I think I need to MOVE! lol

Yes, the boys have off of school until August 26th. They may pass a state bill to go back Sept 2nd. I was told before we booked the cruise the 1st day would be 9/2/08 by a school staff member, but then when the schedule came out it said 9/26. They'll miss 4 days but they never do much of anything the first week back anyways. They'll get to meet their teachers at orientation in mid August and know where their class/desks will be. They will be in the same school so I'm ok with them missing those days. If they were changing schools (to middle, etc.) we'd have switched to an earlier cruise.

Thanks for all the well wishes for Keegan's toe. I just hope he's ok to run at baseball tonight. He's been wearing flip flops all day to air it out.

It's hotter than blazes here today. I cut the grass and sweated so bad I could barely see (and I was lazy and rode the lawn tractor!) I guess it's preparing me for Orlando because I know when we were at SWW last year we had a constant sweat going. I've almost slipped a couple times and told Brennan about the trip but I've caught myself.

They are done already?? WOW that's early - but you go back early too, so I guess that balances out!

You cut the grass too? Don't tell Carm - he MIGHT get some crazy ideas that I will cut it! LOL

I have to tell you guys about my dream last night - I woke up in a panic.. We were on the cruise, I noticed that I forgot to pack ALL of the boys shirts for dinner and ALL of the FE stuff!! It was horrible - so, I need to seriously organize and get that stuff figured out otherwise my dream might come true! lol

I can't believe our trips are coming so quickly!!!!

So Mandy - how is the tan coming along???

He didn't complain once about his toe and did very well running/pitching. They won by over 20 runs in 4 innings so it was nice to go home early. We went swimming with friends at my parents pool (they live a block away).

Keegan has been complaining a little about his chest being sore which scares me. He's had a headache off and on for a couple of days and that's how it all started back in Feb before finding out about his chest tumor. Luckily the doctor put him back on antibiotics so if the remaining mass/scar tissue is getting reinfected, the meds should take care of it. The pain could also be from asthma/the heat, which is really bad right now. He has a game at 1PM today (needs to be there at noon) and all star practice at 5PM so he's going to be out all afternoon in it. I am going to bring our misting fans and buy some of these neck wrap things that are supposed to cool you down quick.

This time next week I'll be at DHS with Brennan. I just can't wait to see his little face on Friday when he finds out where we are heading!

I hope everyone has a great weekend and stays cool in this heat wave.

The heat is crazy!! Keep us posted on Keegan's condition - it must be the heat - it is HORRIBLE out there!!!

LOL, Dr. Who is a TV programme that I have grown up with. It stopped in the 90's (I think) and then was relaunched a few years ago. It's a time travelling show and it's lots of fun. I'm not sure if Sandy downloads it or if it's on BBC America - no doubt she'll let you know

Hey Laurie, don't get down-hearted, you can do it - 2 pounds a week is very do-able. You did well with the Atkins, can't you get back on track with that again ?
