Thank you so much for all the info Patricia. Hope you're not in trouble for any of this. I know it may change, but this info goes a long way towards sketching out a plan.

It's just too bad the only signature dining I'll be there for is the lunch one and they have no regional feasts scheduled during the first week. In one way it helps making the decision process easier, but in other ways it is disappointing that being there the first week really limits our choices.

That's when we will be there too and I was thinking the same thing. I guess I will save my money that week. Guess we will have to rely on the Food and Wine Pairings more.

Hey, people need the info to come and spend money $$$$$$$$$$$ at WDW! ;) I don't know why they do not get this out sooner anyway. Concierge can give out dining info and it is in dining for me to see:)

Thanks so much for all the information. One question. Is the Rose and Crown one [Rose and Crown-Sunday 10.21 3:30pm-4:30pm (Scotch Paring)] only offered on 10/21. Or is it offered every Sunday, but the 10/21 has Scotch Parings instead of wine.

Thank you so much Patricia! This really helps us all get our food and wine vacation together! You are fantastic to do all this for us!

:cutie:

That is the only one in there for R&C.

Yep, same here. While originally we just wanted to make sure we got the Le Cellier one since everyone raves about, now we're thinking of doing at least one of each of them. Except maybe Coral Reef. We did that last year and it was so-so.

We'll actually be there for 10 days, and since we're saving money by missing some other stuff, we might just go to PFTS twice.

Gosh - we loved Coral Reef....passing on LeCellier because it is paired mostly with meat, which is not on my plate.

But, I called at 7:00 last year to book LeCellier and by the time the phone rolled to my "waiting in line" number, all the LeCellier were gone for all 3 weekends I checked on....

It must be great!

what and where is this ? have never heard it and its not listed on any of the menus pages?
