Thanks for all this great information! My husband and I will be down there for a few nights over Columbus Weekend. Can anyone tell me about the Party for the Senses? I understand that you pick choose a menu and sit in that area. Are you served set courses or do you go up and choose? Are there lots of courses or just a few? Wine is paired with each course?
Any information is much appreciated.![]()
I'm guessing it is the private dining/corporate lounge area in the Living Seas aka The Seas With Nemo and Friends.
P4TS is not a sit down dinner.
It's run a little bit like the food booths around World Showcase, but the food is much more upscale. They have stations where the chefs prepare samplings of their dish, which is usually a unique creation. You can go back for as many samplings as you want. Same for the wines. They'll give you a wine glass to use, and you take it home.
There are tables, but they're meant for sitting while you graze on your food samples. You won't be assigned a seat and it's pretty much every person for themselves. Groups usually pick a table and some stay at the table while the others roam around and get food, then they switch.
Thanks Nala. This sounds like something we'd like! I'm assuming they don't announce the menus beforehand and you find out when you get there? I think I'd have to get there an hour early just to make up my mind which one I'd like.![]()
Thanks!Link to company website that looks like it sells his products. He also owns a dessert shop in NYC, though I've never been. Maybe I'll check it out before coming down since that is when we'll be at the festival as well.

This is what I know about the event, someone who's been to one before would probably be able to say more. But, Sweet Sundays are held every Sunday during the Food and Wine Festival, there're two each Sunday, a morning one (9:00 AM - 11:00 AM) and one in the early afternoon (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM.) (I'll be booking the earlier one since I have a 4:00 PM dinner ADR at Le Cellier, and that would be cutting it too close (as far as my appetite goes,) if I book the later one.) Anyway, there's a "light" breakfast - brunch buffet, though Disney's version of light is way different then my version of light, from what I've learned. We are planning the same thing. Although we've done PFTS, I'm not sure what Sweet Sunday is all about.
Any insight?
Thanx...

That's one of the reasons I'm glad I have two weekends in Disney, the first weekend I'll be doing Sweet Sunday, the next weekend I'll be doing Party for the Senses.Thank you very much, that sounds really good!
I just hope it won't be too much for the morning after PFTS..![]()

The Seas Salon is also known as the Living Seas Salon. It's normally used for corporate functions, weddings, and other private functions.Obviously I don't know for sure, but it would be strange that the Sea Salon is the Lounge at the Living Seas. Based on the preliminary schedule, both the Sea Salon and Coral Reef have Pairngs on Thursday and Friday
