Julie - Yikes bit by a fire ant! Good thing it was only one ant. glad you on the mend.

I just want to let you know Cindy & Amy that Ha! Ha! that was posted earlier by me was not me......it was Jeff.

Ok in this house ALL presents are wrapped.
Christmas time is a wonderful time here. Christmas Eve we usually go to Jeff's moms house and do presents there, then we go to my parents house and have our traditional meal. We start out with Antipasta (not the kind with lettuce, more of a tapas type way of setting it out) and do a late dinner usually around 7:30 or 8pm. Dad makes Paella with chicken, sausage, mussels, clams, shrimp, scallops, lobster tails and saffron rice....Yummy!!!
Then if there is any room coffee and deserts.
We open presents after dinner and sit and enjoy each others company. My sister and her boyfriend are there and it's always fun we have holiday music playing all night long.
Last year we pulled a fast one on my mom and video taped it.....it was pretty funny!

Jeff, you need to get your own DIS id. I can't keep up with which one of you is on. Or, was it really Stacy and now she's just trying to blame Jeff? Hmmm.

Stacy, ask your Folks if since we couldn't make it for Thanksgiving if they'd mind 4 more for Christmas. That sounds awesome!!

See, no one will ever believe that we are actually shy. We even discussed this when they were at WDW for Cameron's birthday. Oh well!!!

All caught up and off to bed I go. I was at a holiday party with a group of other daycare providers. And, someone opened the bottle of Kaluha. It sure went well with the hot chocolate I was drinking.

Cindy, I don't remember exactly, but my best guess would put it in February. I think.

I sure do wish that I could help you out, Ann Marie! I don't even know of anyone up that-a-ways to recommend to you. If you check with your veterinarian, they should be able to suggest someone. I can try to ask around, if you have a hard time finding someone. Let me know, and good luck! aw:

Santa and Mrs. Claus wrap everything (unless someone is getting a bike). They start the evening of Dec 23, open a bottle of wine, Santa puts things in boxes, Mrs. Claus wraps them. Then if they didn't drink too much wine the packages will get ribbon and bows

LOL!!! Santa and Mrs. Claus do know how to have fun, don't they?

Santa always wrapped everything that he left at our house when I was a kid (In fact, he still does!). We would leave the camera out on the table, and he would even take a picture for us when he was done piling the gifts under the tree. Whatta guy!

Hi Karen - yes picture and info was received from you and a few others. I hope to get those up Thursday morning. Mark is working but I'm home that day. I'll post a photo gallery update when they are up.

Hmmmm, how is it I have almost double Diana's count?

Gosh, I remember when I took the lead on that thread. Mary took a giant step back so that I was left with being the most chattest. I just didn't realize until now how big of a step that was.

Curt and Karen haven't been scared of jumping in and I hope no one else is either. Remember through all the fluff we are just getting to know each other. Very true!! It never really was a contest. It truly was a lot of fun.

This thread is going to be awesome too! There are so many highlights to come that we can't even imagine until they happen. We are in for a great time preparing for this cruise!

Thanks to everyone for the well wishes!! After being in bed for 36 hours straight, I think I'm going to pull through.

I was really amazed this morning when I made my first conscious walk through the house. I can't believe I do that much during the day to keep this place clean.....I was in bed for a full day and you cannot see the floor in the girls room, the play room or our bedroom....clothes, toys, snack bowls, cups....you name it. And the kitchen! And I bet if any of you asked DH, he'd say he "cleaned all day" and the place was "immaculate"!
