Let's see.....right now I'm working mainly on baby things. Five people that we know and are close to are having babies, four of them are in Feb. and March. I also have a sleeveless sweater that I started last summer, and I think I will wait until the weather starts to warm up again to bring it back out. And then there's the poncho that just needs fringe. I made it planning to take it on the cruise, so I'd better get busy on the fringing!!

Those baby projects are going to keep me busy from now until spring break! (insert knitting smiley here)

Wow, that's a lot of ongoing projects!

I was trying to figure out what I was going to use for my CJ when I remembered a friend game me a Creative Memories Disney album for Christmas. Its a 7x7 album with the classic Creative Memories red cover and a black mickey head stamped in the lower right corner.

See, no problem with having duplicates of the cover. After all, the end product ends up in our hands, so we should like what we pick out to start with.

I bought 2 the other day as well.... Does anyone know if it is ok to take them through security at the airport with out damaging the film? Would it be better to pack it in the luggage?

DH has me worried about this now.

I'm skipping over a lot of posts, but I had to answer this. DO NOT PACK IT IN YOUR BAG! A stronger x-ray is used on checked luggage and you can guarantee that your film will be ruined. If it is 400 speed or less, it should be okay through the security checkpoint. If it is higher than 400, have it hand checked.

For those of you in chat on Sunday night inquiring as to what a diaper cake is--I have received permission from my "client" to post a pic of the latest diaper cake I made for her!

It's made of 60 size 1 diapers (man those things are teeny!), a Carters receiving blanket, a Carters sleeper, 6 washcloths, a duck bath puppet and 6 travel sized baby toiletries!

That's really cute - nice job!

David, I hope they'll have an early pick up time for you.

We're actually planning to drive to port and take Disney transportation back to the airport after the cruise. But the docs have us using Disney transportation before the cruise. I guess I wouldn't mind get stranded as long as we could get back on the ship, but somehow I don't think they'd let us.

When I was a teen ager, I was in love with Mets 3rd baseman Howard Johnson, and back in the early 80s he was a Tiger! I seriously thought I was going to marry that guy!

Is anyone bringing their blinky's from last year? I'm debating. I'm not sure I would wear them but if anyone else is bringing them, I might be swayed into at least giving them a try -- although after wearing my Athen's all summer, it would be hard to switch.

Tonight is P&P night in this household --- pizza & packing!

It occured to me, that not only do we all need to pack for the cruise, but Cameron & I have to pack for our camping trip the weekend we get back.

I've starting to think about packing now too. I saved and printed some of the packing lists from earlier today and I'm using them to make our packing list. There are a few things that I need to get from the store, but I think that I'm actually going to pull out the suitcases and start putting things in there.

On the 11 night cruise I saw a person putting pens from the CC party in her pocket as she made her rounds to each table - yep, pens just like it showed up on eBay right after!

I have a serious problem with that. Take a pen or two, but they aren't there for you to grab ALL of them, just to turn around and sell them on eBay. Someone paid for them to be used as "advertising" or "marketing", not resale.
