Hey, Gary, I'm starting to see a trend here --- I wonder how much your tie tying ability is going to be worth? :drinking1 ;)

Maybe we could have a little contest after :drinking1

So............ now what?

I am finally BORED today.

I know...... GAIL  oh GAIL  Lets talk about HOOTERS some more! :thumbsup2

SPEAKING of that,it seems a birthday girl named Emily was there recently and her mom said pictures were taken. I am sure its just an oversight that they havent been shared here yet :rolleyes1

Just glad my docs arrived and I hope the giclee arrives before I leave, but the postman promised to put it in a plastic bag if it comes when I'm gone.
What a great postman you have. I don't think it's the same guy anymore, but a few years back ours was so stupid. Our neighbors put in a "Hold Mail" card when they were going on vacation - you know, the one that's supposed to stay at the post office to remind them not to deliver your mail - and it showed up the next day in their mailbox. Good thing they were still in town to take it back to the post office or their mailbox would have been overflowing when they got home.

For those who have missed it here is what is happening on the Wonder while in dry dock:

There are some exciting new changes taking place on the Disney Wonder:
  • Toddlers will have a great time splashing about under Mickey's hand in the slide area where new interactive fountains and splash areas will be located. This is an enhancement designed for the little ones in swim diapers
  • The Oceaneer Lab (ages 8-12) will have a replica of the ship's bridge with a computer simulator that will enable the kids to "steer" the Wonder through the ports. Giant screens will feature port views
  • The Oceaneer Club (ages 3-7) will redesign the Captain's Closet play area and make additions to its Neverland theme. More hands-on centers will be added including more PlayStation systems and computers.
  • The Goofy Pool area will have a 336 square foot, state of the art LED screen affixed to the forward funnel. This 24 by 14 foot screen will be used for outdoor entertainment and during the deck parties
  • The Vista Spa will have three suites added. Each one will feature a indoor spa treatment room which connects to a private outdoor verandah. Here guests can use the open air shower, private hot tub and relax on the oversized chaise lounge.
  • The Vista Spa will be expanded with the fitness center doubling in size. Spinning classes will be offered and private areas for Pilates lessons and individual beauty and fitness consultations will be added.
  • The Quiet Cove Pool will have waterfalls cascading from the two hot tubs. The deck chairs will be replaced with cushioned teak loungers/chairs.
Wow, those upgrades sound awesome! I can't wait to see them first-hand.

Unfortunately, my DD isn't cruising with us, or she could help. When she was in the 5th grade, her teacher, a man, had all the kids bring a tie to class and he taught them all how to tie a tie, even the girls, because they may someday be married to a man who doesn't know how!! Up until the day she left for college, she would tie Ken's ties because she could do it better than he could! :rotfl2:
Isn't that usually the case? ;) We women can do just about anything. Men on the other hand...

Lucky dog!!!

We were coming home from picking Emily up from school and I saw the UPS truck leaving my neighborhood. I got a little excited to think that my docs could be sitting by my front door, only to have my hopes dashed where there was NOTHING there.

I just don't get it!! I'm only 1.5 hrs away from DVC & DCL and I still don't have my docs. Why, why, why???? I guess I'll have to hope for next week.

Amy - I'd be ready to drive to WDW to pick them up myself!

We are leaving to drive to Orlando in 11 days, so I NEED my docs!!!
Our plane leaves in exactly 7 days and 17 hours. Where, oh where, are our docs?????

MaryJ said:
Oh where, oh where have my documents gone? :confused3

Oh where, oh where's my giclee? :artist:

In my neighbor's box or still on the truck? :drive:

Oh, please let them show up today!!

Very cute! :) You're such the poet.

For all those waiting for their documents - may today be the day!
Thanks Mary. Unfortunately today wasn't the day for us. :sad1:

I did mention that to them as a possibility. That'd be low of Build a Bear and I'd be tempted to tell them. For crying out loud, it's 45 seconds!! Don't stress a kid out and make them search for what they want and waste their time.

They each picked out TWO things that were "must haves".....so even if they only get those two things, they will be cool with it. My kids are not whiners. So they won't stand there and stomp their feet and pout and say "BUT I DIDN'T GET THE.................." :) I've told them again and again that even if they only get a few things.....those are FREE and they didn't have to spend allowance money to get them! :)
That would be cruel if the store got rearranged. But it sounds like you have very level-headed kids that will take what they can get and be happy with it. ::yes::

HA HA HA. I saw this and my first thought was:

MAY THE DOCS BE WITH YOU! :darth::yoda::chewy::ewok:
I only wish!!!!!!

Are you dressing in pirate gear for dinner too?

Yes we are. I'll find our pirate picture from the 11 night cruise - we had a lot of fun.

I'll sign too. I've made "exchange" quilts before. I bring 50 squares and exchange with 50 others (each gets one of everyone's squares all within a color theme). It's alot of fun.

I don't quilt but will sign one. I'm not domesticated. I cook and do laundry but don't ask me to sew a button or iron a shirt.

I am COUNTING on it. May even order some special ones just for the cruise!
We might even be able to talk DALE into having one with us. :thumbsup2

Hi all!

OK, I am trying to keep up, Really I am... but you see I have this thing called a Job. It fotces me to take my attention away from this thread...

:figment:

Tell me about it! I can't believe that I'm not able to go online during the day to keep the thread growing. If I could just find two more hours between 10 and 2 I would be happy!
