I was reading about a quilt someone did for their cruise. Would you all mind signing a square of fabric? I might make me a quilt with all of us on it! It's a great way to remember all of the friends I've come to love!
We'd love to sign a square for you.

I'm planning on bringing my canvas tote that I ordered from CafePress to have everyone sign. It's something lots of people do at CKU with the totes they give out, get the scrapbooking "celebs" to sign.

Yea Baby! 52 oz. of your favorite beverage.
20oz - No Way! that's just a sip :rotfl: 32oz - Ha! I'm still thirsty :lmao:

I looked up the proper recipe for a rum & coke (captian's... of course :smooth: )

1½oz of rum, 5oz of coke. Mix in a highball glass 2/3 full of ice.
Now let's convert for the Bubba Keg! (insert angelic chourus)
That would be 12oz of rum and 40oz of coke.
And it's insulated so don't waste space with ice... keep your rum ice'd down.

That's MY Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah drink of the day!
Of cource packing the suitcase may be somewhat of an issue :rolleyes1

I'm knocking on your cabin door for one of those! :drinking1

John bought me a new wedding band while we were in St. Kitts. Since it was Sunday they didn't have a jeweler available to reset my diamond. That was fine with me, I'm not sure I wanted them to do it anyways, so we took it over to our jeweler here who happens to be our neighbor.

Oh! How nice!!

The quilt thing must be a popular thing right now. Deanna cleaned out her drawers and gave me all her old soccer tee shirts. She wants me to cut the logo off the front or back and put them together and make her a quilt. Who does this girl think she has for a mother - Martha Stewart :rotfl: Along with not being able to cook, I can't sew either!

Martha Stewart ---- is there something you want to tell us Gail? As in, what the inside of a jail looks like.

Don't feel bad, Gail. I don't like to cook and forget sewing too. In fact, forget singing and dancing and figuring out 6th grade math too.

I guess I'm a loser in a lot of areas.

That would be cruel if the store got rearranged. But it sounds like you have very level-headed kids that will take what they can get and be happy with it. ::yes::

Hmmm....maybe I need to convince dh to get them there an hour early so they can look through the windows and verify things are in the right places! :lmao:

long day today. shopping for bargains! I got 5 -12 packs of coke and sprite, shampoo, and a gallon of green tea at CVS for $4.27!!! And in two days, they'll give me $8.99 back for doing it! How cool is THAT? grocery game....it's so cool!

Quiet Type!!
Some of the top 10 posters on this thread said they were the "Quiet Type". I'll never believe someone when they say that ever again! :lmao: :lmao:

I'm not sure I ever said I was the quiet type. But, I truly am shy. ::yes::

Oh No... Please don't ask her about handcuffs. That's a whole other subject. :rolleyes1

Oh yeah, and rehearsal. But that wasn't nearly as much fun as finding the bargains! :)

Although....Nick did VERY well. It was the first night of "off book"....meaning NO scripts. Very few times did he have to call for his line. :) And without his script clutched to his chest as a crutch, he could actually use his arms!! :)

JUST AN FYI...The pirate party has been changed in the format from when we last cruised. The music and such started around 9:30 p.m. however, the party continued for over 45 minutes before the actual "show" began and then the fireworks started after the "show". The "show" is new from the one last year on the member's cruise. By the time the fireworks ended it was 10:30. Alot of the parents with very small children had a hard time keeping the little ones awake for almost an hour for the fireworks.
That's why our plan is for Ian to be partying, or hopefully by that time dreaming about it, in Flounders. ;)

Is this the same person that told me on the phone the other day that she doesn't like to clean!? :confused3
yeah, I only really clean my house a couple of times a year, when we're having a party!!! :rotfl2:

Does that have anything to do with the Mickey Mouse on your headboard?

Don't go there!! I shouldn't have asked!! :rotfl2:

:dance3: I'm doing the document dance with you Cindy!! We just got ours too!! :dance3:

Still no giclee, :artist: but that's okay because we'll have our mail held at the post office while we're gone, so even if it rains, it will stay nice and dry!
Okay, so we got our gilcee the other day, but I'd much rather have my cruise docs in hand. (Although the postman left the box sitting on top of our mailbox by the curb bringing it up to the porch. Good thing it wasn't raining that day or I'd have had to hurt him!)
