AnnMarie, that looks so awesome! I have the same lamp, ordered it from Disney.com but it won't work :-( I had it awhile before I even tried it so it's too late to return it. I'll get it to work at some point I guess. The table is really cool!

Thanks so much Julie! I think it worked! Our Donald Duck curio filled with some of our Disney stuff along with the Animators Palate plates we won through the SSMC05 auction. I thought they looked nice with our bottle of Saratoga spring water.

I don't know if you remember or not but Tom made me a table for Valentine's Day but I didn't know how to post the pictures. Now that Julie told me how, I can send these too! I'm also including Ducky's drawing I won during the Learn to Draw Mickey SSMC05.

Ok, I REALLY need to frame my Ducky drawings of Pooh and Capt Hook from our Valentine's cruise.

YES you can!!!! I really like the shirt - I don't like how dark my hair looks though - ugh!

Annmarie--I LOVE your Disney room! I'm such a dummy because I saw the Ducky litho on the wall and was like WOW, I have the same exact picture on my wall.

I LOVE the pirate table! We have some menus that Ducky signed from the Repo. cruise. The table collage is a great idea!

We started with DH's Donald Collection which is the den. Well, low and behold Disney has taken over the house and the ONLY room that does not have Disney is our bedroom. We are into collecting Disney Artwork and collectibles. DH collects Donald Duck items such as watches, artwork, etc. etc.

Walker & I are off to sell more popcorn this morning.


We spent three hours outside the grocery store yesterday. Walker & another boy sold almost $400 in popcorn. Amazingly, the sold 3-$30 gift packs. In all my years of selling with Cameron, we never sold 1. I heard the shift behind us sold 2 also. Don't know what's up with that, but hey, whatever people like is fine with me as long as it's benefiting the boys.

Soccer has been cancelled due to the field conditions. So, Wlaker & I are off to Amy's favorite place Wal-Mart to sell from 9-12. I hope the weather holds out, as it's looking a little ify right now.

Good Luck with the popcorn selling...we are selling nuts and chocolates for girl scouts...Krystina did booth sales this year for the first time, and they did pretty well, also.

3091 chicken dinners served in just over 7 hrs for a net profit of about $17,000 This is our annual Fire Department fundraiser. We will use the money to but a new electric stretcher and a new infared camera to find people in a smoke filled building.

Coleen made the basting sauce for the chicken and I was in charge of the lines for picking up the dinners. We are both WHIPPED.

I have no clue - I don't drink. It's a metallic blue drink. Karen says it tastes like a bomb pop. You remember the red white and blue popsicle like thing that you got off the Good Humor truck??? Karen finds them to be very tasty and an effective "attitude adjuster. "

Anyone know the date today?? - I took my watch off as soon as I got to WDW

Not exactly sure if its the same drink that a friend makes for me, But is it layered? Blue. white, and red? The layers are distinctive? I'm not sure of what its called, but my friend whos a bartender makes them awesome! I'm going to have to try one of these. Where did Karen get it at?

I remember that curio. My DH uses an old china cabinet that my Grandma used to have.

DIS Navigator


I have a preliminary navigator layout done for the front and back. This is not final as I still have to update some of the deck plans with anyone who sends in info over the next week. Also I can change any info on the front based on feedback. Please if you see I left something out or mis-spelled something let me know. You won't be hurting my feelings. For example I noticed after I saved it that I don't have the date for the Wishes cruise so I'll go back in and add that on the real version.

Greetings from WDW & The French Quarter,

I'm glad that everyone had fun with the CHALLENGE. I will come up with another but I think this one will just be for fun since we don't have an unlimited budget for this trip. (Sorry).

For those of you interested here is the entire Frame and what will be on our door.

Now you can see why I thought this frame was most appropriate for this cruise.

OK, picture this in your mind's eye. We're in Central Florida, the sun is out - nice Sunday afternoon. We're huddled around the computer "watching" the Tigers game on the MLB play-by-play. This would be the same thing as sitting around in the telegraph office watching the tickertape come off the machine about 100 years ago... We are sad, sad people...

BUT Two little tidbits though
WE'VE CLINCHED a playoff spot for the first time in 19 years!!! (Just three years after losing 119 games!!) TIGERS GOING TO THE PLAYOFFS

And we've pulled even with that little known American League team from NY

If we can just pull the division we are in real good shape for homefield advantage.

Go Tigers!!! Congrats! (guess I'll root for them since the Cubs are going nowhere!)
