Yeah - I got my DDE card in the mail today. One more thing to check off the list! 4 weeks from today we'll be getting ready for the DIS meet in the Solarium!

They must send them out in bulk since mine came yesterday- not bad since they charged my credit card for the renewal on August 30th. We're not doing the meal plan before the cruise so it will come in handy.

Greetings from Port Orleans, French Quarter!! - This was a last minute trip that we got a deal on airfare for so we grabbed whatever. Using a dial-up connection through the cell phone. I MISS MY HSIA!!!

Glad everthing worked out in Chicago...

Won't even comment on the Fast Food nightmares. As a cop I constantly worry about the kids behind the counter. So many cops have been subject to extra little goodies in their food, from saliva to Visene. I avoid drive through and I only eat at places where I CAN see them putting the order together, Subway, Taco Bell, etc.

Well I went to the ER. Long story short after a lot of hours they discharged me.
(They said ER will not do operation unless stone is in bile duct.)
I have 2 prescriptions, 1 for IBU 600 and 1 for oxycodone ( which I don't plan on using thanks to general hospital.)
Ok time to get some zzz's..

Cheryl, Sorry for those hours in your life that you will not get back. I bet if you were a doctors wife or daughter (My Dad was a doctor and my Mom is a nurse), they would have done it. Hopefully, the IBU will help. I watch GH too - If you take the oxy, just to help you sleep, you shouldn't get addicted. You know that you won't need them anymore once they get that gall bladder out! I hope your surgery gets done soon and you are feeling great by cruise time!

Robin that just stinks! I try to support most of the kids fundraisers at the office because I know my parent's sold a lot when we were in scouts etc.

DH and I have our kids fundraisers too. DH is the manager at his work and doesn't feel it would be fair to ask his employees to buy fund raisers for his kids. My boss orders something each year. This year they have the ability to offer the fundraiser items through a website but you have to send an e-mail through them to everyone you want to look at it. I would feel really bad if that set up our friends and family to a lot of SPAM so I haven't done it. I guess I'll just have to order some of the fundraiser stuff myself.

3091 chicken dinners served in just over 7 hrs for a net profit of about $17,000 This is our annual Fire Department fundraiser. We will use the money to but a new electric stretcher and a new infared camera to find people in a smoke filled building.

Coleen made the basting sauce for the chicken and I was in charge of the lines for picking up the dinners. We are both WHIPPED.

The fundraiser that Emily's school just did (Sally Foster) had a website too. I did send emails to just a few family and friends and they didn't mention a change to any spam that they received. But, I did only send it to about a half dozen people.

OK, We made a trip to Party City tonight and picked up our pirate garb! Check another item off the list! We leave in 26days, yippee! There is still sooo much to do. We also have a trip to the Albany area in two weeks for Columbus day weekend. We may go to Saratoga, NY - if it doesn't rain. Then I will be able to see where Disney got their ideas.

You'll be in my neck of the woods! (And Stacy's) What brings you up here? Are you a leaf peeper? I don't think Saratoga is anything like Saratoga, but it could just be that I'm used to it here, I'm there at least once a week. It is kinda cool to see "Saratoga" on everything (water, shirts, etc.) and think of SSR.

We were supposed to go to a hot air balloon festival today but it was so yucky out. I'm sure the girls would have loved it.
