That surely is a lot to celebrate!

Patrick will be 29 on October 18, the week before the cruise! That's a big one to celebrate!!!!

Also, I just found out my dad is back in the hospital with diverticulitus. The Kumaden is making him bleed.
:figment:

David, sorry to hear your Dad is having a tough time again.

Coumadin is a tough drug, make sure he knows that he can't have dental work done while being on it. It's not something all dentists think to ask. I know my Mom has had a tough time in trying to have a tooth pulled and having to be taken off the drug in order to do it. Then it comes with some risks when the person is not taking it as needed.

I already stow the double stroller in the bathtub, I have no clue where I'd keep 2 car seats. For those of you that came to visit me last year, after the first days presents---how insanely messy was my room? It was like an obstacle course to get from the door to the bed! :rotfl:

You mean I missed the stroller in there? :lmao: I had no idea. :lmao:

What I only remember about your room is that your bed was in a really weird place to me, although it made sense for it to be there against the far end of the room. With our room, it seemed more like a hotel room.

Count us in on the celebrations. Our 16th wedding anniversary is October 27th. The night of the Wishes cruise.

well on the car accident front Todd and I were just in one. Our light had turned green, we went through the intersection and hit a car that ran the other light. We are both fine although a few more seconds earlier and we could have been hit. The front bumper and hood have damage.

Oh My!!! How frightening for you. I'm so glad you are okay. :Pinkbounc The stomach butterflies really set in when you realize just how bad it "could" have been.

Emily's birthday is the 5th, she's turning 5.

Amy, did you know this is referred to a "golden birthday" being Emily will turn the same number as the day of the month she's born on?

Cameron is turning 12 on October 8th.

Bruce called DVC today and booked our transfers for the cruise. The bus doesn't leave BW until 12:45!! :furious: I'm never going to get on the ship!!! :furious: Last year I was mad at 11:45, but 12:45 is a whole entire hour later!!

I'm going to start to look at an alternate method. Renting a car doesn't work well because between renting and parking and dragging 2 car seats, it's not worth it. :headache:

Oh... I feel your pain! Last year we stayed at AKL. Our pick-up was at 12:45. I was SO UPSET (to put it mildly! :lmao: )

We left at 1:00, and THEN went to the Boardwalk to pick up about 75 passengers. They had to call for a 2nd bus to come. We boarded the ship at 2:55!!! We had to run up to Topsiders because they were going to begin clearing the buffet at 3:00!

GOSH THAT WAS JUST TOO CLOSE!

Good Night All! It's been a very BUSY day!

So glad to learn we'll be cruising with all of you. :goodvibes

Mary, get ready for that 10 week countdown on Sunday!!!

Georgie, I know I didn't congratulation you this AM on the waitlist coming through. :jumping1:

I just printed our boarding passes. They all have a rather large letter "A" on them. Does this mean we'll be in the first group boarded? I'm just a little worried that Walker will not be able to sit with me. Cameron will be fine, no matter where he sits (in fact, he'd prefer to sit away from his little brother) but I'd hate to subject strangers to Walker's mischief.

Does anyone know?

Are you flying Southwest??? If so, then YES, you'll be in the first group to board.

Have a great trip!

I know, I know, I said I'd be going to sleep... :cloud9:

Yes, Southwest. Sorry, I should have mentioned that.

Thanks, that's what I was hoping.

Sweet dreams....I'm off to bed as well.
