OK, Ilene... I booked the glass bottom boat for us Monday at 11:15. See you there.

Now for Palo's.. I think we will pass this trip; we don't want to make plans without Ian!

Looks like there will be a lot of us on the glass bottom boat at 11:15 on Monday.

I'm a bit concerned about the crab legs. We are scheduled for brunch from 12 - 1:30 so please save some crab legs for those of us eating late!

MaryJ - no need to say thanks! That's what DISfriends are for.

I never did go back to sleep so I've been up since 2:15am! I started to get cranky around 3pm but that went away with a cup of tea.

Now I need to let you know what happened to me yesterday. Tom and I were putting together our new patio furniture and it's metal. Well, we both let go of the back part of the chair at the same time and it swung around and crushed my left index finger between the back of the chair and the arm! I thought I was going to pass out from the pain. My finger swelled and started turning purple! Tom wanted to know if I wanted to go to the hospital to get an x-ray but I said no and put ice on it.

I made it through reservations, no sleep and a full day in the office then went to see my doctor at 5:30pm for an x-ray. It looks like a have a hairline fracture and am in a splint for a full week! I'm so glad I didn't go to the emergency room yesterday. I never would've been able to type and get through reservations or chat!

Tina - Congratulations! That is really wonderful news.

I really thought I was the only DISer that couldn't book until August! I don't have any idea what to book either. I guess we will just see what is available in August!

Wow! You guys have been busy booking all the fun stuff!! Unfortunately I can't book ours until August! I have no idea what to book, but who knows, I will figure it out. Hopefully there is something left! We will see!

I know that I have been really quiet for a while, and I have a really good reason for it! I have met this wonderfully incredible guy, and we just clicked and have been spending every minute that we have together. So, I have been busy with him, and the kids (he has a daughter 2 1/2 yrs old.) But I have been keeping up on the posts, just not replying! I will try to reply a little more.

Thanks Amy and Janet for the kind words. I'm glad I don't need a cast! I just took some tylenol arthritis and am heading to bed. I have another L-O-N-G day tomorrow and I've been awake for over 18 hours with only 3 hours of sleep before online reservations started! hagn all!

AnnMarie, Ouch... That sounds painful. You are better than I; My dad had a hip repplacement last week, Sunday Night He had a fever spike and my mom called me over at 9:00PM. I was in the ER with them waiting for a room. I got to leave at around 3:30, and I fell hard on my pillow when I got home after dropping my mom off.... Dad is doing much better, his fever is below 100, and they will let him go home if it stays below 100.5 for 24 hours. I think he will get out on Wednesday....

Pixie Dust to your Dad! Word of advice, watch out for signs of pnuemonia. Apparently that is what I was advised when my mother went thru her hip procedure. HUGS

Also, for Palo, since I'm Solo, my ressie is for two, so if anybody cares to join me! Brunch on Tuesday at 11:30 and Dinner at 6:30 on Wednesday. Let me know!

OUCH! I was cringing as I was reading this. Hope your finger is doing better. Now of course you will find a million things that need to be done and you'll need the use of the splinted finger!

Annmarie, You seem to be taking care of everyone but YOU! You need some TLC too. Your finger injury sounds very painful and I know it's akward to be in a splint. Hope it heals quickly for you. Glad you got some sleep, I was a mess last evening from lack of sleep I tried to get to bed early but it was 10 before I finally managed. The PT wanted me to take the flexeril since I'm having more pain again so I sleep very soundly. I have an infant CPR class I have to take today but I think that will be better for my neck than sitting at my desk all day.

I have done Palo's for dinner but never for the brunch, I checked out the link and it sounds YUMMY. DCL/DVC needs to get it's act together for our cruise. It was so hard to make those ressies not knowing what we might be missing along the way, especially without knowing which restaurants we are at each night. I'd definately give up a repeat restaurant but DON"T want to miss Pirate dinner or Tritons. What night was Pirate night on before?
