I only have 1, I got it about 8 years ago when I got divorced. My ex husband wouldn't let me get one, and it was a part of my liberation processes. It's a tribal tiger lily above my left ankle. Not too big, not too small. It didn't hurt at all really, but I've heard on your shoulder, why I want my next one will hurt. I want to get two butterflies with Emma and Julia's name under them.
I got so much slack from people when I got it. What if you have to wear a dress? What happens if you have a job interview? First of all, a lot of people have tatoos, most of them you can't see, but alot you can. And hopefully, people will judge me for the way that I am, not by the tatoo on my ankle. The first time my MIL met me, she said hello and then she said, now what in the world ever possesed you to get a tatoo. I said, Hi, nice to meet you too, you see I'm into this cult where we sacrifice animals and getting a tatoo was part of it.

I mean, seriously! We haven't gotten along too well since!
I can see regretting getting tatoos all over your body, but for me, I don't even think about it being there until someone points it out. To me, it's just a part of my body now.
