Yes-it was a blast! It was the coldest day in NYC so far this year. Glad I layered the clothing! Forgot to get the camera out to get our mini-meet picture.

I have to say Georgie, Joe and I laughed and laughed at Beauty and the Beast. COuldn't figure out how Donny could pull off doing Gaston, but he was incredible. Georgie and I got matching shirts for Christmas! They are the sparkly Beauty and the Beast ones! Thanks Joe for putting up with me!

Would be fun to schedule a huge meet in NYC and buy group tickets to Mary Poppins.

I've got plenty of FF miles to get me, Robert and Jamie there.............

Oh Celeste! I am praying for your mom now. I'm just now logging back in on the boards and just read your posts. It's been one "emergency" after another with both families for us, and I feel sooo out of touch. Some of you guys have received our cards, and others have not. Hope to get them out sometime in January!

This is so sad to have both of them so sick at the same time! Does anybody know if their addy is the same as last year? I seem to remember something about them moving after the hurricane damage, but I'm not sure...

Bob and Lee, I'm so sorry to hear about Tippy. Losing a furry family member is as hard as losing a person. You'll be in my prayers too.

Anyone who's coming down for the marathon, give us a holler and maybe we can set something up...

I had a funny moment that Eric calls a 'Matrix' moment the day after Christmas... We had gone out to Daytona beach to take pictures of Nick and his fiancee, and we were taking pix at the clock tower. It's got 4 big steps up to it, and as i moved around taking pix, I forgot about those steps and missed stepping down backwards... Eric says I did a good impression of a guy from Matrix flying through the air about 6 feet beyond the end of the stairs, and throwing my camera about 29 feet! I landed on my head...thank heaven that's the hardest part of my body, lol... Just a concussion and lots of soreness, along with a funny joke for my family for the foreseeable future... The other miracle of that moment is that my camera survived it's flight and only has one little ding on the filter I had on it!!!!!!!! There's something to be said for a big heavy camera... Anyway, I won't make that mistake again!

Just used 135,000 miles to fly us first class back and forth from Orlando for Thanksgiving week for our week on the Magic!

It's either the internet cafe or Aloft. I know once we took Jamie and she was old enough to go up to the Teen Club, we never saw her. Plan on having him show up at the stateroom about 2 a.m. each morning!

BTW-we set ground rules with Jamie. If I stopped in Aloft at any time, she better be in there or she lost all privileges. It worked great. Never caught her somewhere where she wasn't suppose to be.

Thanks Renae for the kind thoughts. People on the board were really nice about this. All the cards and comments meant so much to us. We really appreciated it. Thanks again everyone.

When we spent a week in Orlando last spring, we drove down and took Tippy with us. She stayed at a place called the Bass Pet Motel. We got a very nice card from her. So, the wonderful woman either reads the boards or just by accident came across her tribute page. Was very nice of her.

Thanks! Shari is on the plane right now, talked to her about an hour ago on her layover in Phoenix. We will meet up tomorrow morning with her and Carolyn and Alex to get our race stuff over at the Wide World of Sports Complex.

We leave this afternoon. Snowing here in Salt Lake. Looks like de-icing the plane will be the order of the afternoon before we depart. Oh well.....tack on a few minutes for that departure time. Hopefully they will make it up in the air.
