Still have not gotten a Dvc resort, for one of the nights we are staying!

Thanks Peter! Sounds like you're all decorated up and ready to go to the World! We'll be seeing Beauty and the Beast with Linda... can't wait. We tried for Mary Poppins too, but couldn't get tickets Linda will just have to come East again

We just got back from a Table 9 Panama Canal Reuion! Okay, so Joe and I were from Table 12... we were adopted as honorary Table 9 members. It was a great time.

Looks like we just missed seeing everyone who's headed down this week! HAVE A GREAT TIME.

The parks are BEAUTIFUL!!! Rita Moreno did the Candlelight Processional. She was wonderful, and the choir was fabulous! Oh, and you MUST see the Voices of Liberty at Americana Adventure. Their arrangement of "The First Noel" had the audience in tears. The MVMCP was fun too (even if it rained). Joe + I also did the Holiday Tour... also a lot of fun. The group met and did Donald's Breakfastsorus + Print Time Restaurants... Very fun with a large group! Once again I was forced to eat my green vegetables by "Mom" . I hope that picture doesn't make it this far!

You're all in our thoughts. Hope to get our Christmas letters out before Christmas!

Hey everybody,

HAPPY DECEMBER!!! We'd love to see anybody who is coming next week, we'll be here getting ready to meet our newest DDIL! We're doing Christmas baking (can you smell the gingerbread?) decorating, and finishing up the present making, mailing, and wrapping (not necessarily in that order, lol) but we always love company, so give us a holler!

FYI, temps have been in low 80's, but a cold front is supposed to bring it down to 60's this week...

Scott, if you go with adventrer's club, you can do each room differently, such as one as a Tiki bar, one as CC, one as Africa...etc...LOL, wouldn't that be a blast!

Georgie, Linda Have a Great time in the City!!!!

Joe and I got back from NYC late... very LATE last night. The city was windy and cold. All 3 of us looked liked bundled up Eskimos!!!. We saw some sighte before the show.

The Christmas tree in Rockefeller Plaza was enormous and filled with lights. It was breathtaking.

On with the show...
We all enjoyed seeing Donny Osmond as Gaton in Beauty and the Beast. What a talent. He nailed the role, and his singing was unbelievable. He really made the show for us.

His run has been extended until 12/24. If anyone gets a chance, I strongly recommend seeing him in Beauty and the Beast!!!

We're all already talking about meeting up in the spring (before Linda + Robert's DCL cross Atlantic cruise) to see Mary Poppins! We'll see. That would be GREAT.

Good Evening All.

Hope everyone had a good weekend.
Here, we are just trying to get used to the cooler temps. Today it was about 35° cooler than when we left florida. Eventhough we had a great time there, it is good to be home.

With Christmas in 2 weeks, things will be exciting around here. Finishing up shopping and holiday get togethers. Then new years. After that it will be a long 5 1/2 months until the transatlantic cruise. We will make it thru o.k.

Everyone have a great week. Be good, cause Santa is watching.

When Tippy passed away, I was unsure as to wether or not to post the sad news. It was tough.
Many of you on this board showed how beautiful you can be in bad times.
Thanks for the posts, e-mails and the condolences cards sent our way.
They were so very much appreciated. Thanks again.

Very busy here moving in, should close on the Jackson house on 12/13. That will be nice for sure. We are basically living out of boxes as we unpack slowly but surely. Lynn is doing a great job getting it all together. Old house had a very large pantry and this house has none. Add to that getting ready for Christmas, shortest week at work so far has been 54 hours. Still getting addresses changed, Sat dish moved, and so it goes, we will get it together by next year. We did manage to get up a Christmas tree, and some lights. Cheapo me, I will measure for the lights we need and buy them the day after Christmas at Wally World, when they are on sale. LOL

High speed DSL is great, Thanks Kelli for getting it together for us.

Peter I know I owe you some pics, but figure you are too busy at WDW. Will have to have Lynn remind me.

Missed the Samantha Brown, Barcelona episodes, will try to catch them next time.

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. Weather here was nice. Above average for this time of year. No White Christmas in sight.

Finished up the last of the Christmas shopping on my way home today. Whew!
Done with a week to spare. Celebrate with the grandkids thursday.
Not too may decorations up this year. Still kinda somber here.

Nice thing is...only 7 working days left this year.
And less than 5 months until the next cruise.

Actually, needed that extra trip to get my medallion status to the next level so I can get more miles, so I can take more trip, so I can go to WDW more often!

Okay, 2007......

January 4-to WDW for the 1/2 marathon. Jamie and I are participating, Robert is cheering us on.

January 19-to WDW for 1 day, then headed to Tampa Sunday morning for meetings until Tuesday. Finish at noon on Tuesday, drive back to Orlando, stop by Downtown Disney, catch evening flight out of Orlando, unless I am lucky enough to take a bump and get a $400 voucher and a free night at the hotel!

That's my January travel schedule thus far......

Yes-it was a blast! It was the coldest day in NYC so far this year. Glad I layered the clothing! Forgot to get the camera out to get our mini-meet picture.

I have to say Georgie, Joe and I laughed and laughed at Beauty and the Beast. COuldn't figure out how Donny could pull off doing Gaston, but he was incredible. Georgie and I got matching shirts for Christmas! They are the sparkly Beauty and the Beast ones! Thanks Joe for putting up with me!

Would be fun to schedule a huge meet in NYC and buy group tickets to Mary Poppins.

I've got plenty of FF miles to get me, Robert and Jamie there.............
