Anyone else going through "tropical fruit withdrawal"?

I had to buy a mango today- I am typing with sticky fingers... :goodvibes

Linda- my computer ate my screensaver you did for me. I was trying to save it so I could also print it out and it disappeared. I am usually computer savvy- but I couldn't figure out where it went. :guilty:

So sad.

LESLIE!! It's great to see you back on the DIS. I'm happy that nothing is broken but muscle pulls/tears are no joke. I hope that with the right meds and care that you're your old self again soon. :grouphug:

Georgie! OW!! Look at it this way, it happened after the cruise. I hope that your little toe is all better before you know it. :flower:

Got back last night from my nephew's wedding in DC. We were the only ones with a great tan. :teeth: I can finally unpack once and for all. ::yes::

Got the pooch from the kennel today. The poor thing was there from 5/12. With the cruise and the wedding, my sweet Molly couldn't come home until today. We sure missed her but she's back by my side. :)

Steve, love the video! I can't wait to start seeing all of the pictures. :disrocks:

Leslie, I'm so glad that your injury was not too serious. I am very sorry that your in pain, and hope that you recover quickly.

I'm feeling depressed today (post cruise depression) I think the first day back at work also had something to do with it. So I changed my countdown timer for the next one I have booked. But......none of you will be on that one. :sad2: :sad1:

I found a note the last day in my fish extender about a website that we can all download our pictures on to share. I have not come even close to unpacking yet, and my shipped boxes just arrived today, so I can not find that piece of paper. Does anyone have the website address handy? Thanks in advance.

Robin

Leslie,

It must be comforting to know that with all the high tech they can only tell you they 'think' it's not broken... I sure hope it gets better soon! It's got to be a good incentive to go after Joe for the fish extender thing, lol, please tell me he took a picture of you with it!!! Just kidding, I really do hope you get better soon, and take it easy on yourself too...

Kudo's to Tony and Adrienne, that was a great thing you did!

I just showed Noah and Robb the video of the boat going through the canal and they both go SO excited.

I later found Noah in bed with his snorkel mask on.... :rotfl:

I need some help! I need to get a short review of shopping in Cabo San Lucas for my next newsletter. Please, anyone, just a short bit of info on the type of shopping, what it was like, anything. I need it by June 13. Nothing fancy! Thank you so much! If you can PM or e-mail me at twhipple@fastmail.fm

Amy and I sure are! The apples, oranges, bananas, and grapes locally just don't do the trick. Our local fruit doesn't slice itself either!

Oh well, back to cereal for breakfast and Skinny Cows for dessert! ;)

I was the only one at the table that new the mango by sight! :rotfl2:

And beleive me, the service here was not anywhere near what I have become accustomed to :rolleyes1

I love the comment about the local fruit that doesn't slice itself.... :rotfl:

Skinny Cows aren't so bad.....I won't mention how much I gained over the cruise- but I have already lost four.

Laurie and Mike can tell tales about the desserts at our table. :earboy2:

:worship: Tony... I can't thank you and Adrienne enough for the airline upgrade... it really made a difference and made the trip a lot more tolerable. Thank you thank you thank you a million times over!

You are absolutely welcome. I am glad that I was able to do it for you. And I am glad that it isn't serious!

Skinny Cows are fine. I am pretty burned out on the few flavors they have though. They were good before we left but it's hard to go back after the DISserts we had. I gained 6 pounds which I was pretty jazzed about as I gained 11 on our 7-day last year. I guess only taking the stairs and those laps around deck 4 helped!

I heard some stories about the desserts at your table! They are legendary! I think more dessert was ordered by Robb alone than our entire table of 8 had! :earseek: Where does he put it! :rotfl:

Steve - DISserts! Good one! I like that name! Remember that disgusting DISsert Margaret had that one night? What was it? You tried it and made a funny face. We have it on videotape! Ha ha!

Yes...Robb's desserts are legendary. I don't know where he puts it. I think he's a camel- he ate lots on the cruise and isn't eating much now.
We too did the stairs....

Last night I was thinking fondly of the chocolate lava cake with the cherries flambe....yummy!

The chocolate lava cake was the best! That was the night everyone at our table ordered 2 desserts each. What little piggies we were! :teeth:

Been back at work one and a Half days ,and cant say i feel at all inspired. Why was work invented??

Please I am trying not to think about food.

Do you think we could sue Disney for getting us addicted to their desserts,or at least get the Magic to mail a few samples to cover withdrawel symptoms.
