Hi everybody,

Do you remember our funny sideways cabin from the repo? That was a cat. 11 and it really wasn't bad... except that the bed rocked from head to foot instead of side to side... that was weird till we turned it sideways. We love the verandah, but if it means going or not going, I wouldn't mind doing that again. It does only have a single bathroom, and that wasn't as fun as the split ones... Oh we are so spoiled!!!! LOL... I was surprised by the cost of the Med cruises too, and there won't be any Florida Resident Discounts on that one! Oh well....I wonder if we could buy a second house in Italy before then... RIGHT!!!!

I'll watch for the white suits while you go down the slide!!!!!!

I'm thinking that there wouldn't be too many kids again on the Repo...six days at sea.....

Since the cruise starts at Castaway Cay...I will be slathering on the sunblock....don't want to have a nasty sunburn like I got this past Friday.....who knew the tops of your feet could get sunburned!!!! :rotfl2:

Only 14 more days until the bookings open up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Leslie and I told many of the staff that we would see them on May 12, 2007....and they all laughed....wouldn't it be funny if many of the "Lanyard People" invaded the Magic AGAIN!!!!

We did have a funny pin story....We ran into Mary Jo onboard on day 1....we asked about any special pins and she laughed.....just in case they were going on sale first thing in the morning....we waited in line....

PRICELESS!

Of course, only us PC cruisers can truly understand! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

We are hoping for the Eastbound Repro BUT the $ is more than we were hoping for... Joe wants a balcony. I would settle for a window view. Cost will be our decision factor.

Sure would be great to be with everyone again! How is it in Cat 11 or 12... besides no window... would you be okay with 6 days at sea???

I was hoping for a stop in Bermuda before leaving for Europe... and an excursion to DL Paris...

We'll see. We have to wait til the 4th...

We will book the category 11 on deck 6. Didn't know if I'd like it or not, but when we did it on the PC and I paid for mom and dad's room too, I couldn't justify the extra cost for the verandah. It wasn't bad and about the only time we were in the stateroom was when we changed clothes or didn't sleep out in pin lines! :rotfl2:

Besides, with all those sea days, I'm going to be using Kelli's verandah (or my Cash's) and eating BBQ out there. Just don't know who I'll be waving too though.

My suggestion......make a window wall decoration and put it up in your stateroom above the headboard, then you can pretend you are looking out your window and with the money you will save you can play more BINGO!

I keep telling you people, it was Etta's verandah...I can say that now.... And I'm thinking you'll be waving to the whales, or dolphins, or seals.

Oh what to do, what to do... :confused3 :confused3

The repo cruise itinerary is disappointing. :sad2: But 6 days at sea sounds good. The first 11 night has merit too. The price is a bit scary too :scared1:

Well I have 2 weeks to figure it all out  :surfweb:

Debbie

I like the idea of the 6 sea days- and the ports on the repo are to places I have never been...and one I hadn't even heard of.

The 11 night looks fun- but I think I would need a vacation after my vacation- too many stops in a row. That was what I was most dissappointed about. Also, I have been to most of the Italian spots on the med cruise.

Anybody been to Barcelona-better bring you CASH!!!

But, on that note- we'll probably book both and see what happens.

Linda

You have a Cash, too?

We'll be on the Eastern repo, with the help of a little pixiedust...
:cloud9:

Kelli,

When are you doing Alaska, and what cruise line are you using?

Guess what everybody? I've been looking at some fancy lenses and things to use in Alaska, and Eric just found them on Ebay, the whole thing, lenses, filters, big& small tripods etc. for only $65!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't want to pay what Canon wanted, at over $500, I could almost do a cruise....lol! But for that price, I'm going to get some great whale pix...instead of lots of ocean and sky with little dots on it that might be whales...

We are planning Tanzania for Jan/Feb 2007, retire June 2007 (that is 62 weeks away if anyone is interested) , then who knows. I would like to bring the Magic back but don’t think that will be in the plans. We will see if we have any DVC points left We have talked about just staying in WY for the summer of 2007, just to do some of the things we never seem to have or make the time to do. Maybe that driving trip to Alaska in the camper. Maybe building in Florida?

Bob and Lee, you lucky guys will be warm in three days. Have a great trip, I know ya will.

I keep telling you people, it was Etta's verandah...I can say that now.... And I'm thinking you'll be waving to the whales, or dolphins, or seals.

But Etta was in the closet! :rotfl2:

And Kelli-have you found another Alvaro who can be our private tour guide on the eastern Med?

Hi Linda,
It is good to see you posting again! I don't have any girl scouts selling cookies in my area :confused3 I could go for some cookies.

I also am going to sign up for the half Salt Lake City marathon that is June 3rd and I am attempting to convince some of my family members to walk with me. I just hope I don't kill myself with the altitude- as I will have limited time to adjust.

Scott & Lynn- wanna come walk?
Linda & Robert (or daughter)- wanna come walk?
Kelli- wanna come walk? (are you in Cheyenne?)

Anyone ELSE- wanna come walk? The course is not bad and is down hill for part of it and no large hills.....

Celeste, that is tempting, wish it were in July as I doubt the Physical Therapist would let me. I asked her about Sept and got a maybe. I gotta be good getting this puppy back in good shape.

No, you have to do what the PT says- I'm just surprised they won't let you run. Oh well- you are still considering the half in Jan. at WDW, right?

Celeste, said it was the jarring for a couple of months that would be bad as the repair was much more extensive than the mri showed.
