Bill, It is the “PRD for Herbal Medicines”, first saw it in our ER a couple of years ago.

I take a boat load of supplements every day, mostly vitamins and MSM and Glucosamine and fish oil.

Our older Malamute is on the MSM and Glucosamine also, poor old pup, she is so noble. She still enjoys a walk but not as far or as fast as it used to be, but her heart is still there.

Scott, the noodle station replaced the Plaza Pavillion terrace dining area between Main Street and Tomorrowland. They had mostly noodle bowls on the menu but also had pot stickers, egg rolls and some asian inspired deserts. Not overly spicy the bowls, but just right. They did have a tofu bowl which was very nice, Jeff said the chicken noodle bowl was also good. The pot stickers are not pot stickers but fried dumplings, but also very good. The green tea was also good.

Mike said during dive quest that they are usually looking for people. I know you're a master diver so it doesn't matter, but no one can work there unless they are a master diver or above.

Jeff and I are both fighting the same cold for a week, I think it's time to call in the big guns. I'll be running to GNC for the supplements to knock this bugger out

Seems like this year the colds have been worse than in the past, i.e. hanging on longer.

Some folks are staying at 2 of the most stayed at resorts at the Port
Ron Jons and the Radisson, no official meets have been Set up as of yet but Look for folks all day around the pool area's also several others at the Airport hyatt and plans are in works.

Food = There are plans to introduce new lunch and dinner menus so that no menu will be repeated during the course of the sailing.
Entertainment = A new production show to be offered. She didn't have any specifics other than that.

We'll have to try the Noodle Station. I love trying new things, but this time it will be at the expense of one of our favorite places. We loved the soup and sandwiches at the Plaza... it was nice and quite for us.

There was a question about the frequency of Airborne... The most I've taken this stuff was 3 times in one day when I was really feeling something coming on. In the morning I was fine. I don't take it every 3 hours.

I do take it before flying in an airplane! Even Joe takes it before flying!

I also take Glucosimine/Chondroitin. Can't say that I notice a difference since I started, but the last 10 years, I've noticed my joints a little bit more!!! Do you think it has something to do with getting "older"?

Hello Ladies

Being from Canada I'm not sure if there are Dress Barn Woman stores all over the US because I found an awesome sale on formal dresses at the one in Niagara Falls NY yesterday if you still need a dress (and you're in the larger size category like me).

I found 2 formal dresses that were on sale for get this .... $23.99 + tax. Since these were the only 2 dresses in those styles on the rack (and they were in my size), I was sure that someone put them on the rack by mistake so before I tried them on I got the saleslady to check the price...sure enough...$23.99. Well, let's just say now I have 4 formal dresses....what's a girl to do. They also have some nice spring/summer wear that's great for the cruise. Picked up some capri's and tops, as well. They weren't on sale though, but I did get Dress Barn Bucks (?) to be used at the beginning of April ($5 off every $25 you spend). I guess I'll be driving back over the border in April!!!!

I guess the deal I got on the dresses was worth the full search that my car had at the Canada/US border yesterday. Felt like a criminal. Got pulled over and had to drive into a single car garage and they shut the door and then they completely searched my car. Found nothing, of course (I work for the Federal Government here in Canada so I know the rules) just my empty pop cans from the US that I was returning for my deposit. Took about 20 minutes but then I was on my way. I think think it might have something to do with the fact that I drive a black sports car. There were other black cars getting their trunks searched while at the inspection booths...but I guess I was special 'cause I got my very own garage!!!!!

Hi,

Lurking here from the August repo and saw the posts about Airborne. As a speech-language pathologist who works with preschoolers who have autism in the public schools ( dear little children who have colds often, rub their hands to their little noses, then take my hand lol ), I take Airborne at the first sign of a cold! Our family swears by it, amazing stuff!!! Even better than Zicam, though we use that too. I give dd-10 one half of an Airborne when she is getting a cold. She prefers the lime to the orange...better tasting to kids - the orange is more "potent" with the seltzer taste. I like either one. Our trick is to put one in just about 1/4 a glass of water, let it dissolve, then drink it down!

Bill it is a mix of herbs and vitamins in an effervescent tablet. It is getting great reviews. A little Echinacea, zinc, Vit C , Chinese stuff, Vit E, naprosine, mag, ginger, and some other stuff I can not pronounce or spell.


Oh I forgot the secret brown bits, from the lost islands of pango tango.

I think I would like the orange myself, will be working on getting the fizz out.

So this morning to kick off the wonderful spring season, I get awakened by the wonderful sound of the snow plow clearing off the streets at 6 a.m.

Put on robe, go outside, trudge through the snow, get Sunday paper. Thank goodness paper boy or girl was smart enough to wrap it and tie a knot on the bag or it would hav been one soggy paper!

Castaway Cay is sounding better and better every day!

Weather is great I walked out this morning in a heavg coat and was thrilled at the warm weather, so much nicer that what I left in New Jersey. I will not get to London until Thursday night thru Saturday when I fly home. Monday, Tuesday, Thurs I am in Woking, Tuesday Oxford.

One of these trips I will contact you in advance and maybe we could meet someplace for a short hello.

Scott, you were warmer up there then we were this am....woke up to 33, but its supposed to get to 53 today. After Monday, we're looking at high 50s, low 60s.....this will NOT be good for the summer, but right now its awesome!!

Guess we'll be fighting water restrictions again this summer. Hope the wildfires are pretty easy on us this year, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Everyone have a great first day of spring...I am...(and always do, since its my Bday...nice of me to bring you all spring, huh? ) We're going to Macaroni Grill tonight with my brother's family, so I've got to get all my regular Sunday stuff done early.

I celebrated it yesterday by going out and buying myself a real digital camera to replace my 1st dc...an Apple Quicktake...I know by my joy at not having to lug around masses of throwaway instant cameras that this is one birthday you'll have that I'll never forget!!!

On a 14 day cruise, I'm figuring I'll have to do laundry. I can't pack enough clean clothes to support all of our costume changes. Dinner, semi-formal nights, formal nights, on ship, off ship -- my head is swimming. Some stuff will be sent out, but most of it I'll have to do myself. Thank goodness for insomnia where I can do laundry at 2:00 am.

Tide used to make Laundry Tablets. I have learned that those have been discontinued. I was so hoping to buy a box and throw a bunch in our luggage. Since P&G is being so rude, I have purchased a bunch of snack-sized zipper bags. I'll just make up a bunch of these baggies, add a pack of dryer sheets and two rolls of quarters I'm all set.

However, if someone is dying to find laundry tablets, I did find some. A company called Quixtar (similar to Amway I'm gathering, but you can buy directly from their website) sells laundry tablets. 96 tablets is right around $36. If you don't find it by doing a Google search, send me a PM, and I'll send you the link. But if you get to their website, laundry is under the "Home" section.

If anyone can provide me with a better solution, I'm open to options.
