DCL lets you on the ship when you get off in Mexico it will be just like the parent and one child getting off. We won't go through customs in Mexico. We will just get off with our KTTW card and I always take my ID. Never had anyone look at me besides ship personnel in stops in Cabo and Acapulco.

It was the same in Cozumel. We just walked off the Magic with the KTTW card and drivers license. Getting back on was just as easy.

I think a lot of the passport/visa/tourist card info is for folks FLYING into the various countries.

I have a call into three embassies/consulates right now to verify (Belize, Mexico, and Curacao).

I also asked if they are going to be showing the new Star Wars film on board. It opens on May 19th, and even though it isn't a Disney movie, there is a relationship between Lucasfilm and Disney (Star Tours, Star Wars Weekends at MGM...). The rep said she doesn't see it listed, but one may never know what happens.....

I guess I'll have to see it at DD at DL on the 28th. Anyone want to go???

, We'll probably hope for Fantasmic, since we'll only be in DL for 2 nights. Thanks for reminding me the opening was the same time as the cruise! Don't know where my head was when I mentioned we should see the movie when it comes out on the 19th! Guess I'm already on cruise overload!

Hey, where is everybody? What happened to all of the shirts that were suppossed to arrive? Lynda , I'll send you a Pm. I've had food poisoning from the McDonalds here in Indy and been really sick. But , I would like to go ahead and order the shirts before someone decides to pull them over copyright issues.
Yes, I did call the health department.
Also, I confirmed that the ship should leave at 5 PM with no further boarding at 4 PM.

Bill, Bill, Bill...What a nightmare...did you not see "Supersize Me"? After renting that documentary, I think I've had fast food once...and only because there were no other options and DS and DBinLaw were driving!! I hope you feel better!

I'm waiting for the t-shirts with the pin logo, before I order! Those are going to be too cool!

Hi Laurie, looks like it is you and me tonight. I figured that this thread would be hoppin. No vomiting since 10 Am. I think I ' m getting over it. I really tried to avoid going to the ER.
Looks like all the threads are quiet. I didn't check the chat room, tonight is DCL.
I think that in the past , folks mentioned different programs to make T shirts. My wife thinks that HP has a good one. Is that correct? Does it by chance also come with a shirt? How about any of the iron ons?
I had a meeting with my group today that I really couldn't miss. HIPAA compliance. Just sat there and got lectured to but it only occurs once a year.
We had to cancel all my patients due to my vomiting. Angela kept seeing her patients. They could hear me Hurling!!!!

I am using HP iron on transfers for DD pillowcase (for signatures).

Nothing worse than the er...best to avoid!!

I have never done the homemade teeshirt thing before. So what are you planning on watching tonight? Billy is watching anime, you know , the funky Japanese cartoons. They are on the Cartoon Network. The others are asleep. I was earlier, but I had this ominous voice from the past calling me to POSSSt, Bill, POssssst now. Kind of eerie.
So, do you have a pillow for your head handy for when you go THUD?
Can we use Waltograph on this board? Seems to me that it would make a nice change of scenery.

I hope someone out there has a similar dilemma and can provide some helpful hints.

I have a pillow that I prefer to use -- it's soft, squishy and I really have challenges sleeping without it. We've sailed many 7-day cruises, and I've tolerated not having "hug pillow" around. But 14-days (plus four more at Disneyland) is an eternity. I want a good night's sleep!

Do I pack the pillow? It could fill half the suitcase. Do I bring it as a carry-on? I would feel weird wandering around the terminal with a pillow in hand (but I guess I could easily take a nap waiting to board on embarkation day ).

I throw myself to the mercy of the DisBoards experts. Any ideas?

Mail thy pillow to me and I will fly it to MCO as a piece of medical equipment with my own orthopedically correct pillow...unless you're afraid there might be a little fluffy business en route...

Carry the pillow and get a little shut eye on the flight to Florida! I've seen alot worse carried on planes. Maybe we should start listing them?

Just doing my weekly check on the NASA site. The site has been updated and states the launch is scheduled for Sunday, May 15th at 3:11 pm EST.

Looks like we won't have all that traffic after all! Yoo hoo!

And, the shuttle should come right up and out and we should be able to see it perfect from Castaway Cay. Hopefully, it won't be a cloudy day. In fact, at 3:11 p.m. I will have 19 minute left on our waverunner eco tour. That should give us a pretty darn good view!

Pillow talk, huh? I take a pillow with me, even on short trips. Glad I'm not the only one.
I did get one of those smaller, squishy pillows that you see in all the stores now. It works great, and I don't feel quite so silly carrying it on the plane. Not that anyone would really think it was silly, anyway. Other people would probably be jealous and wish they had thought to bring their own pillow!
I'll go away now.....

I am, of course, watching young folk eat gross things in the vain hope of winning $50,000..Fear Factor...I know naught of Waltograph and, I 'm serious, you need to contact VerandahMan about doing T-shirts... He must have coached a dozen people in the fine art of transfers last year...

I use a pillow that barely has enough loft to hold a butterfly...but I LOVE my little fluffo...AARGH!
