I always bring those cheap, folded, rain ponchos. They are very small, wallet size. And then I can just use it the rest of the day or throw it away. I'll probably just use the disposable poncho to cover my scooter if I get caught out in the rain, if I can't find cover.
Speaking of cover, there isn't much in the Canada area, unless you walk up the stairs into the stores, or walk around to the Le Cellier restaruant side and the cover of the movie exit or entrance.
On the other side, Britian pavilion has the Rose and Crown Pub or the shops across from them.
If they still have those sun umbrellas near the seats, you could stand there until the rain stops. That is why I park behind the last row, sometimes.
Walmart, Target, K-Mart all sell those $1.00 or less disposable ponchos that are folded up into a wallet size that can fit into your pocket or waist pack. Look on the package for the poncho that has the thickest plastic listed in milimeters (ml). if they have more than one brand. Some are slightly thicker than others, and the thicker the better even though they look like the same size.
Otherwise, I think that it is a good question to think about.
I will still be there. Probably on the right side, behind the last bench, under one of the patio umbrellas if they are open.
No rain would be great though.
