2005 Dues Statements Breakdown: Please verify these numbers for me, TY!

<font face="times" size="+0">Hi everyone. Just got my 2005 Dues Statement, so I wanted to revisit this thread.

The table below lists the data that members of this board gave me from the Condo Meeting Notices. I wanted to double check to see if the Dues Statements provide exactly the same figures. (BTW FYI, the table cells that are white are where I am missing data.)

I also wanted to collect the 2004 Actual Tax figures.
Please look carefully at your statement for the line titled: <b>"2004 Property Tax - Actual"</b> and let me know what the per point rate figure is. I also should mention that you will only have the accurate Property Tax - Actual rate if you owned your resort for all 365 days of 2004. (This is why we can't figure out SSR's actual 2004 taxes based on our dues statements.)

(Also, I was hoping that a VWL owner might be filing away this year's 2005 statement, and may pull out a folder that contains last year's 2004 Dues Statements. ;) <b>I am missing last year's breakdown of Operating Budget and Capital Reserves for VWL's 2004 dues</b>, so if any VWL owner could provide that I would greatly appreciate it!)

There are two other threads about this that already have quite a bit of the information you are looking for...plus the percentage and overall increase information.

Without the input of members in response to these types of data requests, I would never have been able to put together such a detailed analysis. (Thanks, msdis, for the VWL data!)

I was just looking at the thread where you track the dues and the 2005 figures for BCV and HH are still missing. Have you got those?
 
<font face="times" size="+0">Thanks for the kind words, Pam. :) Tracking this stuff is fun for me anyway... well, most of the time... :earboy2: so I'm more than happy to put this together for those of you who are also interested in numbers, heh.
I've been busy so haven't had much time to even check the boards. I do finally have the 2005 dues numbers for all resorts, and will update that Dues Increase thread soon, just never got around to it w/ the holidays and other personal life things getting in the way.

But of course, when I got our dues statement in the mail today, I just had to logon. :p

BTW, thanks to Frozenfingers, EmptyNester, and Doc for your numbers.

And again, if a VWL owner could kindly supply those older 2004 Dues figures (would be from the statement you got in December 2003), I could finally fill in that hole. </font>

Let me add my thanks as well. I just got my OKW and still waiting for BCV, but I notice that others have already posted for both resorts.

Is the SSR information correct?? I just called to pay my dues with my credit card and was told I had an $85 credit from last year so my dues were 567.67 (170 pts).

Anyone else told this?

EDIT: Got my statment last night. The actual property tax per point was .0035 put it was prorated (229 days). So for my 170 pts it was a total of $0.37. Since they had overprojected it, I got 83.10 back.
