2005 ANNUAL DUES FINAL not estimated

if anyone knows the 2005 annual dues for the different DVC resorts. Please post them, to show me the link.
I am referring to final 2005 dues, not estimted 2005 dues

Have you tried to call member accounting? They usually don't mail the final bills until around Christmas but accounting may have the figures.

i just can tell you that the due statements will be mailed on dec. 27th.

We won't know the actual dues until we get the billing statements. The dues are almost always the same as what was in the budget. The difference in what we have to pay DVC is whether we get money back or owe money on the previous year's tax payment.

At the annual board meeting that we attended last week, they said that Florida did a reassesment of all time share properties in the state this past year. This resulted in a DVC underestimate of approximately 5-cents/point for 2004.
