you like that? i mean...i couldn't bet MY room. after all, i wasn't sure you would have CRYSTAL!

just between me and you....bring a plastic carafe....looks like you'll have your choice of suites to stay in!!

That's a great idea. What was I thinking. Sharon has always wanted to stay in a suite. It will be a tough choice....

I love it when Mike steps in and writes my emails or makes the calls. #1, he's not in the heat of the moment so he's more rational #2, he's like my knight coming to protect me :)

So I try to get in a lot of arguments so that he can come to my rescue!!

I could have used him in the "whine" board.

We were betting the other guy - and not you.... JUST WANTED TO CLARIFY THAT - BEFORE YOU PROMISE YOUR WIFE A SUITE!!!!:D

Does this mean we're having a little friendly competition as to who is the last poster on the thread prior to boarding???

Virgils WiFi might win that contest..

The competition should be who makes the last post from home before starting their journey to the port.

One last thought on the whole "wine issue". Something Jim failed to mention in this whole discussion is that many of the wines he is bringing on the cruise were purchased at EPCOT during the food & wine festival. Don't worry, Disney is not being short changed. We are VERY avid supporters of the mouse!!!! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

I forgot to mention that fine point.

My knight in shinning armor comes to my rescue.

Sure! Scuba divers all use a defog in the masks prior to diving. Which (obviously) keeps the mask from fogging up. Ron Jons might have some, but you can always mix up a bit of baby shampoo with 50% water and it works pretty well too.

I'll have some defog for the ship lessons.

We use the baby shampoo method and it works fine.

Today is the studio Talent Show fundraiser for the dance team. Seems like all we do anymore.

Speaking of fundraisers.....what's going on with the raffle tickets?

Kevin, does it have to be BABY shampoo?? Of course, I'm fresh out and bought the kids Loreil (sp?) KID shampoo!
Actually, any shampoo works. The main thing to keep in mind is that this is next to your eyes and you don't want a regular shampoo to get in the eyes.

ouch!

The real defog works the best. I like the 500PSI the best, but there are others out there too.

Drop a little in, spread it around and let dry. Rinse when you get in the water.

All Jordan has to do is look pretty. LOL

I'm sure Lisa Scuba would be willing to give up some of her wine!! :)

Looks like we are all getting down to the wire.
Mary....we will have SEVEN checked bags, I have my carry-on and a small rolling bag, Jay will carry on a garment bag, and Jared will have a backpack with the DVD players and the kids cd players and such. All Jordan has to do is look pretty. LOL

I read all the posts this morning, but if I answer them all, I'd be here all day, so:
Yes
Thank you!
Me, too!
You are too funny!
I know.....

So, just apply these to yourselves as you see fit.

Diana....when did Alicia grow up? When did all our kids grow up? I love the pics.

I've had more than one dive shop/instructor tell me NOT to use toothpaste on my mask. It's grainy and will scratch. Is that because of the prescription lenses?

Now I guess I'll go see what I can accomplish before Jared's soccer game.

Oh....I do the opposite of those of you who are up early and wide awake with excitement. I tend to "shut down" and go into sleep mode. Slept till 9 this a.m.
Off I go......see ya later.
Stacey
Don't use the stuff that has sand size aggregate in it. Just a plain white toothpaste is perfect. You can also use softscrub. Been doing this for years, it works. The main thing is to get the film off the mask from the manufacturing process. It will continue to fog up on you...... YMMV

He's been so busy doing all the things I've given him to do....that I learned on the DIS....

print business card thank yous.
make door magnets.
show me how to print labels for the backs of navigators.

(of course the door magnet thing is a touchy topic around here now b/c I TOTALLY nixed his first attempts---BORING! I had to pull up some of your guy's signs and now they are MUCH better. No way to post them so you'll have to stop by 6058 and 6060 to check them out.)

And just a note - tomorrow night there will probably be another round of our favorite little game show, 'Where's Bear??'

Very recently. The check in is now at the coffee shop which is on the end of the terminal with the entrance to the ship.

WOO-HOO!!!!!!

Thanks Mark and Lisa! See, this is why I love this board. My DS will be so excited when I tell him (he's at TKD -- DH took him, I'm being lazy today and will make up the class next week...before Thursday).

They decided to do that for the Spring fundraiser, too many things going on right now. Not to worry, I will let you all know via the post-cruise thread when it happens.
