Ran in quick after the audit...painless...I was 100% on the mark!!

Had another e-mail about the wine party....we are making great progress!! This is going to be great!

I should have final word on date, place & time tonight or tomorrow.

Diana, sorry Alicia is sick....give her my best!! And I DO think a good movie will cure her!!

Ladies of the Magic part --- is that about the girls night out? Don't think I've had one of those in --- I don't know how long, how sad is that?

We'll I've had one recently if the "girls night out" included the girls AND their kids! ;) Frances, Lauren, KT and I had a great time at Easton. But I'm with you, a REAL girls night out hasn't happened in YEARS.

Well, unless you count the time I took Maggie on a walk...just us two girls....bonding! ;)

We have one of those too, including a stethoscope and an otoscope. Mike's partner used to take suture stuff on vacation. Once he actually used it at Hilton Head when his son cut his foot on a rock. Stitched him up in the room and continued on with the fun.

Typically we have a drug for every possible disease entity. ;) Still thinking about IV fluids too. ;)

Ohiominnie - you are right about your puppy needing to run! When Bandit gets a good run in he's the adorable dog I've always wanted. When he doesn't.....

Sue - I've got a card ready for your mom too if you get me her address. I am keeping you both in my prayers. I went through similar times with my dad.

It's a beautiful day here in Michigan. Just had my hair done, not that you all want to know, and my hairdresses was just back from Key West. He recomments 4 Fishes for dinner and some place called Mandolees (totally wrong spelling I'm sure) for lunch. I guess it is right on the main drag with outdoor dining. I'll see him right before our cruise so I'll write down hints then. Didn't want to tell him we plan on eating on the Magic :smooth:

Oh yeah --- I've had a few of those --- in fact at our house it's almost always just the girls -- 2 DD's and 2 dogs, pretty wild times:Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

We might be dangerous if we have a "real" girl's night out -- the "boys" better watch out!:hyper: :hyper:

All this talk about girl's night out - I have one tonight! Once a month there is a group of 5-8 of us that gets together to celebrate whomever is having a birthday that month. (There are a few months that we have to "pretend" it's someone's birthday. Some months get crazier than others. The group includes co-workers and friends that have moved onto different jobs. I've heard whispering that next month's is going to be a batchlorette party of sorts - something about someone renewing their vows:scratchin

Hello -
Does anyone have any ideas of what my family and I could do in St. Lucia? I had tried to book the tropical waterfall excursion because it sounded relaxing and combined a short tour of the island along with some "down" time at the waterfall. I was told it had been discontinued. (Probably because it would be too boring for most!) There will be 5 of us ranging in age from 16 to 80. My aunt is a "young" 80 and used to a fair amount of walking. For example, she has no trouble keeping up with us when visiting WDW. I'm planning to go on other sites to try to come up with something.
Hope everyone is having a good day.

Going to the beach, something about sugar white sand, warm sunshine, crystal clear water........

Patty, what meds did your Dr. recommend? Just curious if it matches my bag. I don't think it will match yours, Karen. We just used a couple of doses of our supply of Oscillococcinum. We'll be taking that on the cruise for sure. Expensive stuff, but it's why Alicia is much better today.

I forgot to tell you all.
Mt Hebron HS Marching Unit will be on the CBS morning show tomorrow am, 8-9. I don't know if they will be performing but the drum major will be interviewed. My princess: niece is a senior and plays the trombone with the unit. After CBS they will go to ground zero, then march in the Veteran's Day parade, then perform a field show on the Intrepid. Their signature marching piece this year is National Emblem and the field show piece is Pirates of the Caribbean. I never get tired of watching them. The unit placed 2nd in the Hagerstown Parade on Halloween. I was supposed to go  . Hope the videos come out well.princess:

princess: Sarah is the tallest one there!

 I'm back...and I'm leaving again! Jared has soccer practice.
I am so glad they have tomorrow off...gives me an excuse to stay home, do laundry & pack for Vegas.

The latest word this afternoon was that we are going to have a place to have our party, no corkage fee, no fee for the room use. We just don't know when and where.
DCL STILL does not know what nights are formal, etc.
I have an opinion, but will keep it to myself for once.

That whole tree thing......my entire family are all Saps!

Outta here...TTYL,
Stacey I just keep going, and going, and going..............

P.S. A friend took us to lunch today, thought we'd try a new place....it's all health food and organic. Tee hee....I just ate healthy for the first time in my adult life!!
Jay then took me to a gallery of a friend who does bronzes. He wants the fella to do a bronze "bust" of me. I just about ran out the door! NO WAY on God's green earth is that gonna happen!
Thought you'd think that was funny.

Why can’t you have two elephants in your swimming pool at the same time?

Because they’d only have one pair of trunks.
