Ohiominnie, so sad about your pup. Hope she heals well.

And another TOP. But I think I am talking to myself, so does that count?:chat:

Hallelujah! DH worked a miracle, apparently, I'm up and running.

We are booked for the May 27, 2006 cruise. It's one of the Western cruises with two stops at Castaway Cay. Fairly inexpensive, at least compared to the cruises after. We're hoping school will be out by then. And we plan on checking into re-re-booking it on the cruise in Dec.

Anybody else like that date?

Uh, I might have been off the thread at that point. I missed that course, but thanks for the refresher.

I do believe you're yankin' my chain though. A 50lb machine?? Yeah, right, that thing looks a LOT heaver than 50 pounds! Heck, we get softener salt that is 40# and it's MUCH smaller than that machine!!

If something that size is only 50lbs, what's it made of? Marshmallows? ;)

I half hope you're pulling my leg there. However I would not be surprised I've lost people on that one, that's how many lbs of cleaning goes into it.

:wave2: Hi Mark.....I think she was kidding....I think.
I would LOVE to have a great big washer and dryer....throw it all in at once and be done with it!
Got any good deals on the ones they get rid of???? A 50-pounder ought to do it!
I think that's really cool, what you do.
So, does Ohiominnie have to start all over again with her shower drain? I'm wondering if the plumber destroyed the PVC?
OKAY....now I'M boring everyone! I just like to be Mrs. Fixit!

Tonight was our last game until the 2nd week in January, and no one got hurt! Yippee!!

Diana, I guess I could look this up myself, but I'm lazy....the 5-27-06, where else does it go beside the two CC stops?

It also stops at Cozumel and Costa Maya. Very popular choices with the diving contingent here. We booked cat. 6 for three adults, it was just under $4000. Seemed so cheap compared to the upcoming one, anyway! The cruise the following week was $1000 more.

The big worry is the school schedule, which won't be published for next year until the spring. And then there's dance recital, but that's supposed to be earlier next year.

:sunny: Early soccer game....must be there at 8 am...and I am soooo good at getting moving in the mornings!

Guess I will head for bed.

Oh....did anyone see the cookbook Disney has out, with recipes from the parks and the ships??? I want to get one of those!

SUPER SATURDAY MORNING TO ALL OF THE HOLIDAY CRUISERS!!!

Good Night,
Stacey

Really, the only drawback I can see about the May '06 cruise is that it's only 7 days long!

Our school should be out.....but after the change they made for this Christmas, who knows??

Might have to take a peek at this one. May was a great time for us two years ago!

'Night! and thank you!

Eight, I think it was. And at least 16 people.....
We were a "group" for the wedding last year, had 9 rooms and 20 people. I seem to remember thinking if one couple dropped out, we'd still be a "group".

Yes.....I came back, after signing off. I could swear I heard laughter when I said I wanted a cookbook!
I collect them. Doesn't mean I have to use them! :p

I ROCKED TONIGHT !!!!!!!!

I flew through my form, and everything else. I am so happy!

Our instructor told Keith he has a tough act to follow tomorrow! ::yes:: :hyper:

G'NIGHT!

SUPER SATURDAY MORNING TO ALL OF THE HOLIDAY CRUISERS!!!

Good Night,
Stacey

My neighbors just got the cookbook and I had a chance to take a look at it. Great idea and I can't wait to try a few of them. They have receipes from the parks, hotels, and the cruise.

If they have it on the cruise that will be a good BD gift to me (ScubaMom, Here is a hint for you)

Hey which one were you on two years ago?

If we were to book in May it would have to be just gaRry and I as our kiddies don't get out of school until mid June & that will be Vanessa's senior year. I think we are looking at a cruise for spring break for her and I and Gregg is talking about Germany for him and Garry. (the german club at school is trying to get permission for them to travel abroad)

You HALF hope I was pulling your leg? So half of you hopes I was serious? ;)

Yeah, truth be told, I figured it meant it could handle that weight in laundry. It took me a sec to realize it, but then it became obvious. That's me, always having to be a smart A^$. You can thank my dad for that one! ;)

Stacey,
As for washers....We have this goofy electric load demand meter that makes it so I can ONLY do laundry on the weekends or between 9PM and 8AM. It keeps our electric bill lower---about 1/2 of what our neighbors pay. Anyway, last year we upgraded and I got the Kenmore Elite front loading washer (and matching dryer) from Sears. I LOVE them. Finally I can do ALL of my whites in ONE load instead of breaking it up into two loads!! It makes a huge difference. I can also do large things that typically I would have had to take to the laundromat. :)

Me too, mainly because I don't have the time to fuss with it! ;)

She's alive this morning....she has just started to bark. THat's a good sign. Where is that sedative?? ;)

I do like that date....I remember looking into it when it was first announced and can't remember for the life of me now why we decided it wouldn't work out---possibly ballet recital conflict??

What kinda discount is involved with a "group"......8 cabins seems obtainable. And with all of our kids, that # should be a cinch to obtain!

GOOD SATURDAY MORNING HOLIDAY CRUISERS MARY -- HOW MANY WEEKS???????????

Mary will give us the official #, but I count "4!!!" 4 weeks ago was the day of the OSU-Indiana game, it was the day after we got back from Disney, it was the day I spent a few hours on the phone trying to get ressies for the DVC member cruise!

Didn't make it to chat last night. Took DH out to dinner, then went shopping for a calcualtor for DS. WOW - I thought mine did alot when I was in school but these are amazing & so is the price. I also found the cutest photo printers that I would really like to get for the cruise. We could have our own digital photo lab. I just have to do a bit more investigating about them before I choose one.

Karen sorry to hear the pup isn't healing as hoped. I imagine keeping her quiet is not easy without the meds.
